Hi Mate check out this product on ebay http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/STEERING-WHEEL-CONTROL-HARNESS-Toyota-Camry-Aurion-/250774652015?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a6355846f

Looks like if you buy an aftermarket head unit which has steering wheel control capabilities then this unit will enable them to be used.

Good luck with it and post some pics up when your done :yahoo:

Cheers

What CD player brand are you getting?

Rip off.

Here is a bargain: http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_nkw=toyota+steering+wheel+stalk&_sacat=0&LH_PrefLoc=2&_dmpt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&_odkw=steering+wheel+stalk&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313

Each one is unique to the cd player brand as they have different connector design.
