I recently purchased a Toyota Aurion (2009 touring). I have noticed it "vibrates" (not sure if vibrate is the right word to use) when on certain road surfaces and or when i travel over 110. Is this normal?

soo your steering wheel vibrates ?

could be the road surface, or tyres,

Do you mean vibrate, as in wheel balance out of whack, or do you mean a buzzing sensation felt through the steering wheel, more noticeable when you take a sweeping left or right turn?

I can feel the "vibration" through the steering wheel, pedals and to a lesser extent the floor.

The vibration does not really change when turning.

I have also noticed there is a slight where pattern about 2cm wide on the outside shoulder of the tires. The wear pattern is not as bad on the back tires.

Any ideas?
