My friend just gave me some tickets for the Toyota Open Day this Sunday in Altona. Anyone else here going for it?

Both my dad and my gf's dad work there and are telling me to go so what the heck. Anyways u look around the plant and stuff like spec_black mentioned, i went ages ago when i was a kid.

Havent met any of u guys so if u see me and my car in the parking lot come and say hello!

Yup, it is an employee and family thing but my friend's Aunt works in Toyota and she wasn't planning on going and knew that her nephew loves cars so being his car loving friend, I get to go as well.

I've actually got 2 extra tickets of anyone here wants to go take a look.

just got back from the open day

i bought myself a remote control corolla hahaha

damn its tough

has 2 speeds on it. just like vvtl-i.

half way and its just like driving under normal condition

push da stick all the way and its like your on lift

haha goes really fast

i smashed it on the brick wall and some protector thing on the bottom came off hahaha

oh by the way...its RWD!!

Yup, I just got back from the Open Day as well. Pretty boring the whole thing but the saving grace was Neal Bates at the end.

Met Neal Bates and Coral Taylor, he even put on a show for us in the skid pan with his car. Got footage of it but it's a pretty big file (18mb).
