A plastic lug behind the dashboard on our Hilux has been broken off and needs to be re-attached. Because access is very limited its not possible to use araldite, so whats needed is a strong contact adhesive glue suitable for dashboard plastics. I'd appreciate any suggestions as to the best and strongest contact glue for plastics that members have had good results with.

Thanks

I repaired a broken lug with some araldite, basically a 2 part epoxy resin glue. Was for my passenger side cup holder. Still seems to be holding well, however no matter what you use to glue it it will always be the weakest link

Another option is to get it plastic welded, if the access isn't that bad. That's the best solution

Thats exactly the same bit I'm trying to fix but its a hell of a spot to get to with araldite. But I guess I'll just have to give it a try.
