Hey guys

having trouble getting the drivers side cv shaft out of the gearbox

came out of the hub ok. :g:

any body want to tell me the trick ?

Passenger side came out ok. :clap:

any mechanics on northern beaches want to earn some $$$$ ? :help:

have someone hold the outer end so the shaft is level, then get a drift and big hammer and knock the inner cv out of the box.

It can be hard to get a good angle on it due to the north south subframe.

I had a stubborn one and ended up freeing it with two levers and two people hitting it at the same time. As Jason said, it can be hard to get a good angle.

Super Dave you're right there aint a lot of room in tere to get a good angle.
