My head unity has a portable player selection for input, I have an AUX in socket but when I select the portable player it say 'No Portable Player Connected' or Connection Failed, I can't remember, I would imaging you could, check with the owners manual or Toyota, that should confirm it, I haven't tried to link my pnone to play music as I don't have that many songs on it.

The 07 Toyota Aurion satnav head unit does not have an auxiliary input.

09 onwards Sportivo ZR6 with the satnav option and Presara have an aux input but no there is no way to stream your music easily on a 2007 model unfortunately from an iPod/iPhone, android device.

I bought an FM transmitter which plugs into my phone, just tune into it on the car stereo. Cost me about $20

** easily, without clutter and with quality! FM transmitters and fine for p plate girls listening to the latest boy band but complete crap if you've spent any money at all on a audio system in your car lol.

I got so sick of my missus having a clumsy FM transmitter in her Mazda 2 that I delved deep into the internet and found an Aux Mod for her stock head unit :P so much better. She's never gonna look back

On the subject, thats ONE way of playing music through your head unit on an Aurion:
