Personalised number plates

Hey guys just looking at personalising my number plate and I'm just not sure what colour to get. Options are:

White writing on black

Black writing on white

Black writing on blue

Black writing on red

Red writing on white

Blue writing on white

$440 a year to have those plates. Wow. That's crazy. If you are going to pay such a price per year for plates, why not get something more meaningful to yourself and not the car?

Either way, the combination you provided (taken anyway) and the ones Chris provided have the same annual fee.

Edit: I looked up the wrong combo. Has an "S" instead of a "5". Scrap that thought I had.

Yeah I'm Not crazy enough to pay $440 a year extra. The ones I'm looking at are $99 per year. I like the idea of SP 71 VO just have to make sure their not taken.

Mine was a one off payment of $2195. Considering I have now had them for nearly 5 years, they pretty much pay themselves off in comparison to an annual fee of $440.

daaamn, guess melbourne has it good then, $495 for 2 standard [ or extra $30ea for slimline ] custom plates, yours to keep forever, no fees per year. You can change the rego for one car only for free, but to transfer it to another vehicle its $150 per transfer.
