60k service

Hi Guys,

I thought toyota capped their price to 160 dollars for all services till the 60k one.

Well I went in for the 60k service and was told that its 270.

Reason beeing I was not the first owner.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

That seems strange mixo.. I bought my previous 2010 Hybrid as a Demo so technically I was the 2nd owner but still got the $130 fixed price servicing :-/

well it did matter and i got charged 454.54 for the service...

Apart from the money they had no idea about the car, told me i had 60% tread on my front tyres when they are 3 months old...

Not impressed at all.

Contact Toyota Australia and get it clarified.. I imagine that you thought you would get the 60,000 service cheap when you bought the car...

Edit: Maybe you should read the service book etc.. if you got one and see what the fine print says :-/
