Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone knows a nice looking set of rims for my HiLux, the only other thing other then looking alright is I want to get load rated ones so that everything is still good for insurance and what not if the car is ever in an accident.

Thanks

I have seen quite a few of your model 2wd hilux running old school 14x7" hot wire alloys and they really suit it.On my ol hilux I was running 14x6" Delta alloys and had 215/65 tyres.

Any thing off a Falcon,Magna,Rav4,they all run a 5x114.3 PCD stud pattern.

I,m pretty sure alloys off a pre XD had a smaller centre hole and this fitted the hub on the hilux alot more snug compared to later ford wheels which required a locator ring to allow the hub to bare the weight and not allow the studs to take all the weight

Sure you can put 17" and bigger on but I think they look over done and because they are a jittery ride unladen already with such low profile tyres needed they ride like a bag of sh*t.
