I am considering buying a Kluger KX-S and note that Toyota’s specifications show its body width as 1910mm

Looking at the front elevation illustration of the car in Toyota’s Brochure it seems to show the width measurement as encompassing only the sides of the vehicle and not the ‘jut-out’ extension of

the two side mirrors.

I have a narrow driveway with gates and the distance between the gateposts is likely to be an issue in order to get the car through.

My existing 2004 Kluger CVX passes through with very little clearance (with extended mirrors).

Does anyone who owns a KX-S know the actual width across the KX-S .. from LHS mirror extended extremity to RHS extended extremity?

If I remember, I will measure mine tomorrow for you ^_^

Mirrors on kxs are same width as kxr.

Our roller door 2450mm and it fits with maybe 50mm either side.

What is the width of your fence posts?????

Thanks for your responses. Ended up buying a KX-S. Just scrapes through my driveway Gates with the driver's mirror folded in.

For general information here are the width dimensions of the 2013 Kluger KX-S

Body Width (as shown on Toyota Specs): 1,910mm

Width with External Mirrors fully extended: 2,190mm

Width with both External Mirrors Folded against body: 1,925mm
