Picton Tunnels

Hey boyz i was wondering if anyone has ever been to Picton tunnels, coz i have never been? some frriends told me its an interesting place and abit spooky. Maybe we can organize a night cruise to that location cheers....

Its nothing special just a old railway tunnel about 500metres long and very dark evn in the daytime

or do you have to park and walk through it

Na you can drive through it. Its a dirt road thats used for access to the current railway line. There might be other tunnels around but this is the only one i know how to get to

hehe is it creepy? i was told its a creepy place....coz my friend walked through it......i just want a creepy advanture? hows the drive there any twisties?? :P

Ive been there before. Nothign really special but still fun. On the weekend i did a run up the clyde moutain nea rbatemans bay. Ive never driven such a windy dangerous place. LoL half way up the moutain people were stoped on the side of the road with heating issues. No less then 5 cars!!

maybe a slightly cooler day if everyone is getting heating problems on it

I did Clyde mountain once on my way back from Canberra (took 4 hours with scenic stops in Batemans Bay, Nowra and Kiama. I found it a POP compared to Kangaroo Valley Road... I've driven many roads more dangerous then that, in fact I grew up on them in the Adelaide Hills. It is a great road, but spoke to some friends after I had driven that way completely off the cuff and they mentioned just how great a road it was I just went.. meeeeye.. but I was keeping to the speed limits though, as there were many coppers (as always) on that particular road... and it was the middle of the ski season
