Hey everyone I'm new here. I own a 91 celica sx model in QLD. Just like many of the celicas in QLD the paint on my bonnet is not doing very well. So I've recently decided to Carbon Fibre Vinyl wrap it to give it a nicer look and cover the crappy paint lol. All i was wondering is if anyone have some tips for me about installing the wrap on my bonnet? Want to do it right and help appreciated thanks! ^_^

grab a mate or two,

have lots of patience

use hairdryer to keep wrap warm.

So a hairdryer will be fine? Read some places that say to use a heat gun? :)

yeap, hair dryer will be fine, using a heat gun may melt the wrap, too powerful if you concentrate on an area

aslo, use a squeegee wrapped in a mircofibre cloth ( so the wrap wont be scratched ) to assist flattening it down

Yep got myself a squeegee today. Thanks for the tip on wrapping in microfiber cloth! Don't think I would have thought of that lol
