Hi, I have 5l Hilux (ln147)

Just rebuilt the motor (broken piston),

Everything is back together, turns over, won't start, injectors rebuilt by diesel care, have bled it and fuel at all four injectors.

Any ideas, please and thankyou

Cheers

Diesel motor only needs two things to start, fuel and compression, although when cold glow plugs will help with the combustion process. Is the injector pump timing 100% correct

Timing belt  been put back on correctly, check and double check its SPOT ON, Close enough is not good enough Check that the Injector Pump sprocket has not moved out of timing once the timing belt  has been released and put under tension . They have a habit of walking

If you have the tools I would then check that the injectors are squirting diesel
Remove one and its associated pipework then reconnect up with it not in the head ie loose in the engine compartment ( I dont know if you have enough room to do this )
Wrap a few of those ziploc lunch bags around it to stop any fuel from spraying around the engine compartment and crank the engine and check that fuel ends up in the bag

Ok, so no power on glow plug rail, jumped pos wire across works, starts, runs.

No issue with main fuse/relay,

Can't work out where fault is and no power to glow plug line...ha

Is the fuel cut Solenoid wiring on the correct terminals, It sounds like something has not been connected, If not sure swap them over.

If you are going to check with the Injectors out and crank it over, NEVER EVER place your finger or any part of your body over the end of it as the pressure will pierce your skin and inject diesel into your blood stream
