2006 ZZE122 Head Light Relay Location

Here is a little mystery that's been asked before, but never answered, where is the missing head light relay on the 2006 Corolla? There's a big ol' hole in the fuse box where it's meant to be. Others have asked in other threads and no one has ever answered the question directly.

If it's not in the engine compartment, have a look around under the dash where it looks practical.
