I'm actually running Nankangs 18s on my camry. Yes I know they are a cheap brand and have a bad rep.

But if you think about it, the bad rep is from the people who owns skylines, supras, insert sports car here that want cheap tyre but super high performance as well.

The Nankangs are extremely sticky in the dry!!! In the wet, they are very average but fun! They are a little bit on the noisy side too. But i weighed all this up before the purchase, as i usually fly around corners in the dry and since i have a stereo, it doesnt really matter with the road noise.

With tyres, you need to ask yourself, what are you doing to do with them? What do you want to achieve? No point getting super sticky, high performance $$$ tyres if you are just going to drive around around slowly to get from A to B. If you are one of these people, then the things you look for are, tyrewear, noise, and performance in the wet.

Btw, my tyres costed me $180 each (235/40 18)
