A few people have been asking me what GFRLF stands for. Well here it goes:

My father (who is an avid fan, and followed him because he 'tried for perfection' not because he was perfection), worked with him a few times when he came to Canberra to do his Community work. They both had a saying which was 'Get Farked, Rude Letter Following (GFRLF)' which was their spirited aussie way of telling someone off if they are shooting their mouth off too much etc etc. This was rare though as dad said Peter was nothing but a quiet observer and just a decent guy.

Dad still has the signed photo of him standing beside our statesman. The real teary thing is that Peter knew about the Escort, and admired my father for setting me up in a car like that, as it would teach me more about driver control etc.

At the end of the day, Peter was close to us, but he was like that with a lot of people. That's just how he was. A very rare person.
