1. go to the video you want copy the url

2. go to http://keepvid.com/ paste the url

3.download the file add .flv to the save file

you may need to Download FLV Player:http://affiliates.digitalriver.com/z/2908/CD63686/

thats how i do it. there might be ten different ways but i thought i would show you thats how i do it.

thanks, thats certainly better than my "old method"

I normally rip off the file from the temp directory of IE6. hehe.. crude but it works.
