got sandwiched today

Got sandwiched today in the wet (not happy, especially the boot door doesn't close properly ) Lucky i don't need to pay for it... Need to get a new front and rear bumper, anyone know a good panel shop in Brisbane that does it good job and opens tomorrow morning (saturday) Want to get a quote so i can ring the guy who hit me to claim his insurance and get my car fixed asap.

the finishing touch was excellent, oh and they fully cleaned the engine bay! like wow.. i got a new engine :o

If weatheralls cant fit you in, try Shipstones at Albion also. www.shipstone.com.au, these would be the only places in Brisbane I would allow to repair my car.

wasnt too bad..

front bumper and some stuff behind/inside it

both headlights - it didnt crack just the clips broke ;)

re-painted front grille

rear bumper

rear light

beaver panel

decals and other bits

it was too bad that nothing happened to the bonnet, i got heaps of lil stone chips... ;)

do u know if they also check the engine as well? like fully take the engine out and check all the engine mounts are ok?

yeah... getting them to check is fine n all... but convincing the insurance that theres a problem is something else ;)

Yay! the car is now at the assesment centre, think it is going to Weatherall's. Hope to get the car back soon

just got my car back from weatherall.... Had them painted my boot door handle as well so the car looks newer than new, they've cleaned everything throughout the car (included in the bill for insurance :) )
