your 620km is not good for freeway

is that when the fuel warning light go on?

any passengers and goods?

looking at your joined date, is that a new car? (I keep an Excel file and noticed an improvement over the first 5000km)

km per tank is not a practical comparison

calculate between two top ups at the petrol station and participate in the manual calculation thread

numerous people in those threads got <9L/100km for freeway

which is inline with official ADR figure of 9.9L/100km combined

Yes 620km when i first noticed my fuel light come on unfortunately i paranoid cause i don't know approx how many kms i can travel before stallings

2 adults

2 toddlers

minimal luguage

37000 km ex fleet serviced before left toyota --- bit skeptical as the brake fulid is on min line

I know on my ford EB has trip meter on 73 tank and 4l motor travelled i do 650km thats morning doing 50km 3am no traffic on motorway and afternoons bumper to bumper 50km home trip. My trip meter starts beeping when i have 80km travel left and its pretty accurate taken it down to 1km.

Variables to consider...

Tyre pressure?

What petrol?

Aircon on?

right foot.

hills

stopping/starting.

load.

On the freeway you should be able to get 8-9litres/100ks, but the right foot needs control. If so, maybe <8. Really.

The first warning light comes on when about 10 litres is left I believe....so you calculate your needs according to your own petrol use habits.
