My 2010 ZRE has the fold-back mirrors, but I think it's crazy to switch them manually. What would I expect to pay for someone to fit a relay that would fold them back when the power is switched off? I believe a few European cars do this.

Thanks, some good ideas there too. Tilting down the mirror briefly while in reverse is handy in the car park I use daily.

They introduce it because Mazda 3 got it. I am bit suprised Toyota has it, provided that it is stingy on these features...Combined with Rear manaul windows, the corolla is a mixed of old stuff and new stuff.

I love the side mirros folding especially in parking very narrow space in parking because I can fold the mirror so that it won't hit the pole of the wall!!

Got it done today for 200 including labour, call Michael 0410468675..he uses a special ecu to do this..up to think whether it worth it..

when my press the lock button on my car key, it will fold the mirror..pressing unlock will unfold the mirror
