nope no extra at all ;) i only had to pay a slightly higher premium this year as i made one at fault claim last year for when i pushed into a wall. but other than that...no increase at all :D

Welcome to the forums :D I think pippy has got my original 2.25 sportivo exhaust susytem on his levin. o he should be able to comment on that ;) As for the induction anything is better than stock :) geta k+n and a fat straight pipe into that air box and all will be good

If you click on my signature and look at the c-one cooling panel, you can get an idea of what it will look like. There will be pictures this week of the cooling panel. Sorry for the delay but the manufacturer wants to make sure that everything is 110% before we release. Installation is a piece of pie. simply undo 2 12mm bolts that hold the radiator brackets and place panel on and then bolt down again ;) pictures and instructions will be supplied both here in the workshop section and a hard copy with the item.

I must stress that this install was with the TRD pod filter and the foglight installed functioning in the front bar. not with the pod sitting in the foglight hole

FYI 25+ DRIVERS -------------------- I got a phone call from AAMI the other day notifying me of their choice not to continue to insure my car. Due to the long list of mods (all of which are listed and covered) This afternoon however I got a call from their branch manager who was VERY VERY apologetic. Apparently AAMI have changed the guidlines for the insurance of modified vehicles. It used to be that if you were over 25 yrs you were able to have a combined total of 4 modifications (mechanical/visual/ice) Well I was politely informed that owners of modified vehicles and that are over 25 yrs of age are now allowed to have 'UNLIMITED' modifications done to the car!!!!! :D :D :D and still be covered (so long as it is not considered a 'unique' modification) Unfortunaley the value of my car has decreased but I still also get an agreed value on all of my mods ;) and if the car is written off all mods are taken into consideration (as long as they are on policy) So if anyone is looking for renewal soon and thinking of a change. then look up AAMI and have a chat to them ;) Cheers Craig

Hey Mike, No - makes absolutely no difference. Just makes it fit much much better. Someone could argue that sitting a tad higher it would draw air that is 10000th of a degree warmer but that would just anal. So break out that hack saw. GF ← I did a fresh install of the TRD CAI on friday night for one of the brisbane guys here. We installed it with the TRD filter and also installed the fog light. after taking it for a run we switched over to the K+N extreme and the owner of the car noticed a vast improvment. This is due to the pipe sitting too far down into the pod. hence why GF here has cut his ;) taking off the bottom 3-4 inches creates better airflow for the TRD POD if you dont want to have part of it hitting above the light and damagig the pod or have it hanging out the foglight hole ;)

Do you see him on brownsplains road alot? Keep your eye peeled for a white stivo and a black stivo with chromes they belong to stoopidhead and myself and we live at heritage park ;)
