Dylan, there will be plenty of photos taken on theday. For the Sub box and just in general.
There will also be some fotage taken on the day of a couple of cars with the CES system on them, so that imek and others can hear for themselves how nice it is ;)
I URGE all Corolla owners to make an effort to this event as Brenden and Trevor have gone to a HUGE effort to make this a success. Including prizes from sponcers etc. If this event doesnt do well we might not get anything like this again!!!
SO PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO ATLEAST TURN UP!!!
peace out!

Zee...
maybe the real reason is that they have ridden the wave of success ,and they were happy with it when it lasted.
But now that the QLD boys are on the scene, turning heads and also the quickest times....maybe they couldnt handle the heat ;)
Maybe the lucifer red got to them too much and they had to bail!?
Maybe the photo of our cars in Dec Fast Fours at the drag strip intimidated them and was the nail in the coffin?
Who knows!?!?!?!!!

Yes!!
but remember that the CAI is the corner stone to every good system ;)
-
atm i'd have to say CAI :D ~7kW for less than $500.00.
Although my opion may change after Thursday when the CES gear goes on. ;)
-
Change of plans. ill be droping it off next week now as Trev is fitting the exhaust this Thursday in time for the Dyno Day @ CES Racing

Well it finally happened :( the snowflake has been tarnished by a fight with a brick wall
Silvabullet came over and detailed her (bloody hell he does a good job ;) )for me and then i went out and scratched her lovely front end.
After many a profanity and actually getting out and kicking the car. I calmed down ond got on with the evening.
Called AAMI this morning. I am using their valet service so I drop the car off to them tomorrow morning, and they give me a hire car ($10/day) Then they call be when its done. I dont get to choose repairer or anything :(

I dynoed 162whp up from 154whp and 117 torque up from 113. Are these good numbers?
WOW!
162whp is very nice indeed. For anyone here in AUS who is wondering thats 120.8fwkW
A very nice figure, considering that CAI is your only mod???
JDM in contrast to get similar figure over here on our Sportivos we need to do CAI + Headers or CAI + Piggyback Chip (unichip, emanage etc).....and thats post recall also.
I am very impressed :D

hello
in Club Lounge
G'day kimi ;)
welcome to the down under forums :D
-
thx guys. .....I woke up early this morning and removed them. 3 of the 4 came off easy, but the drivers door proved to be the most dificult. It ended up leaving alot of the tape on the door. but this was easily fixed when silabullet came to detail the car.
I must admit it does make the lines alot smoother on the car, my only gripe is that now all of the attention goes to the wheel arches and thats not good with my stock ride height :(
thx again guys ;)
will post pic when i get my camera back :D

hmmmmmmm........bentley :D

They can be removed with consistent and correctly angled pulls at the side mouldings. When removing it, make sure you take both the FOAM and GLUE at the same time. but, most of the time, the FOAM seperates from the GLUE and the glue stays on the car. Which takes a while (few hours) to be sitting there and removing it.
What sort of angle?? straight back into yourself...to the ground...to the sky????

spot the loser :P
