might as well just get a eaton supercharger and pulley kit for ur corolla and bolt it on

i bought one they unable to budge on the RRP price and will not remove the ORC for you .. its such a new car so they wont budge... if ur on budget u might as well get an ascent corolla for $1k more We got our Yaris for good price coz I had a friend at Toyota HQ and they threw in lots of extras and gave us a trade in price which is at the top range of the private sale price.

Think you be looking at $150-300 for CAI kit with pod depending on what brand u get e.g. KN, simota, TRD, trust, etc

for ur car about a 2 1/4inch mandrel bent exhaust is decent and then get muffler u want ECU - not sure what is best for rolla - they are pretty expensive and i wouldnt get one until you have done quite a few other mods and ur car starts running too lean i.e. not nuff fuel ← yeh i know.. that ECU is too much for me i guess.. theres more thing to do.. b4 the ECU how about the CAI.. how much are they?? i really want to know.. how much the CAI... coz i know nothing about it.. and.. dunno where to find it im not sure if i have enough money atm.. for an exhaust.... might start with muffler 1st... ive just started doing research on mods.. : :( ← your research should include doing a search on these forums - these topics been covered quite a bit before.

Basically the engine needs two things - air and fuel increasing either one will improve ur power more oxygen = better combustion as u know u need oxygen to burn more fuel = more combustion So by having all these breathing mods - from the air intake all the way through to the exhaust will improve the flow of air in and out of the engine. e.g a turbo back exhaust on a turbo car helps alot more than an exhaust on a na car simply because of the way the turbo works with the exhaust manifold and the exhaust allows more air to be expelled. Typically an exhaust on its own will not give you that much gain. use it in conjuction with ECU, injectors, CAI, headers etc and they all benefit from each other. Oh and also the ECU - main use is with the contorl of the engine in terms of how much air and fuel to use at what revs/gear etc- so if u do alot of performance mods u would want to change it or get a piggy back so that u can change the settings in accordance with the mods u have installed.

Hey guys, My gf just got a Yaris. it was 16490 for the YR auto + $2k ORC. we originally went to chatswood toyota and they were gonna give her 6k for her charade. we then went to Peter Warren Sydney Auto World and they gave us 8k for trade in plus mats plus premium plates and a referal cash back. :) so after trade in we paid $10.5k we got the gunmetal grey colour.. silver lining or soemthing

Hey guys When i bought my car i was told not to bother getting paint protection. Can you tell me exactly what they do to the paint i.e. what they use etc? and can I do it myself at home? Cheers

dont know where dude... i got 20% on mine and it looks sik ← i got 28% quantams ... with the corolla UV tint in the windows it settles about 22-25% id go for the next shade darker if i did it again..

wow .. i only get about 10k kms from the pirelli P7000's on the merc .. have swapped to michelin now as they suppose to wear longer will be good to see how much i get out of the corolla ones now

i tried it today i push the button and "O/D off" lights up basically i was going 110km/h and i hit it and it felt as though i down shifted. The revs shot up from 2k rpm to 4k rpm and felt the engine braking the car ... it held my speed back to about 80-90km/h. The benefit would be to push this to have higher revs and then accelerate off having higher revs to play with or goign down a hill hit the o/d button and u need less brakes and just use the gear to slow u down
