How does Ming Titanium set itself apart from the rest? I might try to get tint off the dealer wen buying a car so i could bargain more. Nowadays, i expect most Tints to be offered lifetime warranty, well the ones that cost $200+ anyway that is. mine is May 05 Jap build - i dont get the stalling issue tho .. yet .. only done 500km's in it haha gonna do 2 weeks straight Gosford runs to bring it up to 1000 kms for my service

i got minefrom chatswood as well took about 5 mins .. i used a blade and windew .. cut it back and then sprayed the windex underneath and kept pushing.. then got a rag and metho and cleaned off the crap

Also does anyone know what % tint comes in? can i get any percentage or do the films come in set increments? is it 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 etc or something different? Cheers

Yer .. i gotta take mine in for my 1k service soon too when i first turn my car on it idling at like 2k rpm and then after its warm about 1300rpm think its a bit high .. but hoping that the service they tune it up and it will iron out all the tiddliy bits

in NSW NRMA will allow 1 inch bigger in WIDTH .. that means a 15x6 u can get 16x6.5 and 17x7 and anyhting inbetwen .. eg 16x7 they allow you to lower your car by 1.25inch or 30mm unsure if they charge extra to ur premium

its the popular cars coz they have more accidents.. if u have 1000 corollas and 10 RX8's and 10% of the cars have an accident thent he insurance companies have to pay out 100 corollas but only 1 RX8 .. more cars = more chance there are people making claims for that model and therefore makes ur insruance risk for that vehicle higher. they factor the vehicle risk when working out ur premium
