Slow down tiger ! 1st. Clutch? As in gb clutch? Forget clutch has nothing to do about ac rattle unless it's the compressor clutch! 2nd. Is the rattle only there when ac is on? Ie ac clutch compressor engaged ? 3rd. When did u last get a ac service? This involves a gas leak check, regas and change of oil ( yes ur ac has oil which lubricates moving parts ie compressor ) and a change of reciever drier If ac compressor is noisy when operating more than likely it's low on oil ( yes it takes oil, which is usually checked at ac service ( not at a corner servo ) ) and compressor may of had it ! Dnt leav it for too long or can damage tx valve

i see alot of people have it in the centre, and i always think their cops !! best place i reckon is bottom of the screen on the drivers side out of view so u can still see cars coming ~

rather than starting a new thread i thought i may aswell use this thread ! interesting about lighter pedal with a HD clutch!! just curious the friction point, is it less than stock or roughly the same, my brother knows how to drive manual and has finally gotten used to the stock clutch, will it change with HD? i remember my mate had a HD exedy in his pulsar, the friction point was very small, slightest movement in the pedal can mean go or stop... TY in advance !!

asian drivers lol... not to be racist but they are pretty bad... i was walking to the station and as i was passing a roundabout, a P plater asian decided to not stop, even tho there was a car to his right, the car to his right had the right of way and kept going, they came soo close so the asian had to stop, he decided to beep his horn at the innocent lady who had the right of way !

Like i said i used that before and had same results as you, easier gear changes but still crunching, but now went to 75w85 and its even smoother and no crunching no matter how crap i shift. since i fixed my cv's GB oil came out, so i thought may aswell do an oil change on that, went for the 75w85 Nulon, with the G70 addative, im so pleased with it ! i went to supercheap to get the oil, and they didnt sell it in 5L bottles, tho they loooked up the book and said it requires only 2.3L or something like that, so it only came in 1L bottles, at $30 each, ouch ! so pretty much a full bottle left, cause i bought 3, so when i do my HD clutch, i can top it up! woot once again very pleased with 75w85
