  1. Storm just hit Parramatta. quite heavy actually. Oh and theres the thunder
  2. Japan use my a** Can't feel much of a difference at the moment. The only thing i noticed is that I can take corners a bit faster without sliding. Still tossing up between whiteline and trd rear sway. Any thoughts?
  3. Checked the bursons in nsw all $165. Went down to repco today and got one for $138. Last one in stock apparentlly. If not then they have to order from whiteline which will be $280 O_O
  4. Just called them up on the phone no negotiating straight up told me $125 for the whiteline rear sway BTR77 however needs to be ordered from wyong so may take a couple of days...... getting one :D
  5. Hey all Looking to buy either a whiteline or TRD rear sway bar. Not a stock zze12x one Also considering getting a toyota headunit with bluetooth. i think 2007-2008 headunit? Scrap the head unit. Gave in and bought something else thats about the same price. nothing fancy but will update when it arrives This is going to be wishful thinking: facelift sportivo front lip + facelift corolla front bumper + facelift corolla (sportivo?) front undertray. Mine are butchered and most of the clips are missing and it just doesn't sit right any more
  6. Ahh dam and I got all excited about that really cheap rear sway. There is a Bursons that just recentlly opened up in Parramatta and I was going to check there. Will let you guys know how much they are wanting for that
  7. This just came in this morning =D
  8. Kudos to and1 and jaderd. Why surprised and1? It is the easiest! :D I'll be doing this too I'm surprised no one thought of it before me :P Andy, you are a pioneer of the JDM tailight mod for the facelift :D Congrats :D Evo Amen to that =D
  9. www.topstage.com.au Just a warning tho. The quality isn't the greatest and it is quite expensive overall lol
  10. Haha welcome to the forums! Was random and nice bumping into you. Glad to see you did the tail light mod. Nice and easy for facelift corollas. Hope to see more of you soon =D
  11. Yay another sportivo in the area. Waiting for the news keep us updated!
  12. sorry to hear about this! maybe the members ride section should only be available for viewing by forum members and not by the public. kind of like how only silver members can view the subscribed section. this way the public can still browse other sections like the workshops or general but not be able to view the members cars
  13. And now some day shots My car with Yuro's car With highbeams. The right side high beam is supposed to have a more blueish look than the left as I swapped bulbs with yuro to test night photo with friend's evo7 at the car wash
  14. Lol evan u wish u were there tonight =P I didn't have to cut anything. You just have to open up the headlights and then fit the projector through the bulb hole and then on the other side you have an alignment circle and a screw to hold it in place. Its very tight and wont fall out. I took my car with my *friend's* *evo 7* to the self serve jet car wash down at rousehill near the hooters (lol) then we decided to take some pics but it started raining so thats all the shots that I got on my phone. He has some shots still so i'll grab them off him and post them up. The greatest thing is that even though the headlights went through the wash... No condensation in them woot! Hope i'm not celebrating too early tho hehehe Oh and the projectors seem to be aimed really low. so they r not shining into peoples eyes =D Here are some night shots: Low beams High beams Link to gallery: http://img299.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=img2424b.jpg
  15. Mini teaser Me with my friends' evo 7
  16. Me and Limz_rolla started working on this on Sat at about 2pm. Worked to about 5pm. In that time we finished 1 side. Today we started at 8:30am and finished at 2pm. So all together about 9.5 hours We wasted sooooo much time as we kept on forgetting to do stuff after fitting the headlights in place. like putting back in the 5 screws that hold the healights together -.-" Its raining now so i get to test how well my seal is on the lights. Car is outside soaking in the rain and not in the garage
  17. Done! pics will be up tonight when its darker and i can get some nice shots
  18. I hope not. i'm going to make sure I aim the headlights lower so they don't attract too much attention.
  19. Only had time today to almost finish one side. will finish it off on monday hopefully Ok so heres what I did: Take off front bumper Remove headlight Used a heat gun to get the lens cover off Sprayed the metallic bit black Put the Projector into the headlight Hooked up all the wiring and ballasts and controller Everything worked! Put headlight together Took pictures =D With front bumper off Front view of the projectors Side view Halo's on Projector light on With flash Halo again Comparison of stock headlights to projectors with 6000k HIDs Gallery link http://img38.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=img2408l.jpg
  20. Watch this space after dinner... HID projectors progress... 45% complete Pics will be up soon
  21. Try this. Top right hand corner of the thread click "options" then "display mode" and click "switch to standard" Lol just beaten to it XD
  22. Hey all. I'm now looking to buy a cusco front strut. Just wondering if anyone could help me with the purchase or is RHD japan reliable to purcahse it from as they seem to be the cheapest. I decided against getting a second hand one because for a couple of extra dollars I can get a new one hopefully. Thanks
  23. No its not Isn't the legal limit 35%?
  24. The only problem is that it will not line up to any of the holes and will be a very tight fit with the pod filter and foggies
