It looks like its made by the same lot that did my Halos and its around the same price - if it is, they're *****. The plastic on them is cheap and will crack from heat in no time at all. Go grab some of the Halo lights and do a conversion on your stock ones instead, you'll thank yourself for it later.

Ordered a PPE race header from the states. Set to have a whole new exhaust system this time next month...

Weenie update - ordered PPE race headers today while the US dollar is so incredibly good. Coming soon - new wheels and new exhaust (again :P).

Drove my car for the first time in 6 weeks (on the weekend...). Had a plastic tray fly up from under a truck onto my bonnet and windscreen on Roe @ 100. No damage (phew).

It might not have looked exciting on the day but that generally means its going fairly quick. Good off the line, I'm surprised you smoked the wheels at all with all its electronic nannies.

Spectators allowed? Depending how jet-lagged I am I might make an appearance, just to check it out. I need to do some work to it before I can do anything but spectate (new tires, major service... running a bit rough).

Im also 22 livin folk my folks, but no probs saving here. Theres only a few things I spend any great amount of money on, usually video games n stuff and car parts. All I need to do is to restrain myself a bit, if I need to save for something I just dont buy anything I dont need. Simple stuff. Stroker kits for the 2ZZ dont make as much as a S/C. What they do make is way more low end torque, but you cant rev them as hard. Stroker + Turbo is king.3ZZ stroker kit would be good in a sportivo tho, cheaper then S/C cause you'd need custom stuff, custom bonnet most likely too, I dont think it'd clear it. I still wonder where people get the 3ZZ name from? The 3ZZ-FE is a 1.6L Engine in Corolla's in Europe. Anyway, we have a stroked 2L Sportivo, and it revs its tits off. Not sure what you meant when you said it doesnt rev as hard. By the way this is running a real ECU though From the ones ive seen on the net, they cant rev them as high as a built non-stroker, thats all I meant. Yeah 3ZZ is from the Trial kit.

I have no idea where, but dont give up, RA28's are the best, toughest looking classic car ever imo.

All final gen MR2 spyders are 1zz. 2ZZ-GE swap man! Do iiiiit! Otherwise, theres a TRD supercharger kit for the 1zz, prolly fit.

I had a top spec Hyundai Excel Twin Cam 4dr. 78kw of pure *******. Actually for a while it was an ok car, but then it refused to start if it was below 10c. Sent it in on warranty, new town toyota had nfi what was wrong and gave it back, still stuffed. So it was ok in summer. It had aircon, plenty of room even for me and power steering, all I wanted. Traded in to kalamunda toyota for the celica ;)

In other markets the base model had a 1ZZ, maybe you had read about those.
