  1. DOOOOOOO ETTTTTTTTTT JEFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
  2. in my opinion yeah if ur going to change the clutch, while the box is off get it reconditioned. a quaife lsd will set u back1k plus shipping but the lifetime warranty is worth it ;) i rebuild will cost u anywhere between 1.5k to 2k plus the lsd. a second hand one would be ok too but again u dont know how hard its been driven... mine started to crunch ONLY in high revs downshifting to 2nd but i bought another brand new box from MWR with quaife lsd and she drives beautifully. just save up and get a good box. stock toyota clutch is crap, seriously... thats the reason for your premature wear on the box.... learn to rev match too... will help with the crunching for the time being.
  3. holy shit i'm blinded!
  4. Every shop has a returns policy as long as u didn't rape the part. -_-
  5. Or do flush or change oil regularly?
  6. Full engine swap over
  7. Unless you know which wire is for which. Also the plugs are different too...
  8. Getting the bride rails would be the cheapest option. Engineering certificates aren't cheap...
  9. Even me who has some electronic knowledge cannot be bothered with this lol. If u were changing preface to facelift tail lights I could help u lol
  10. 1) need a harness to suit sportivo 2) with harness need a separate temp gauge 3) need a tune or else the big boogey man shall come and Fk up your car.
  11. Unless u know which wires which u can't use them on the pre facelift. I have looked into this already. Also there are more wires that go into the facelift switch than the pre facelift switch.
  12. Try eBay "6PK1830" and see what you get
  13. Nah u better get the Toyota one... I think I paid round 75 for mine... U would have a hell of a time getting the a belt that's 15mm shorter on...
  14. sometimes the bosch catalog is wrong. i looked at the zze123 and it had the same length as the celica one... turned out it was wrong so dont trust it much... the length is always correct on ur belt if u can still see the print take note of it for future reference. toyota belts are pretty good in price anyways.
  15. 90916-02544 is what shows up on the database... yeah just quote the that part number and see if its updated or not. but the last 4 numbers doesn't mean the length. but its pretty damn close to it... the sportivos from SA too and they have a number similar... i forgot though its on my ride thread lol.
  16. mm not cm lol. ahh SA made corolla... may be different let me have a look... part numbers above are for the japanese made corollas.
  17. i dont understand... monash fwy but parking lot? what? yeah its revenue raising but what can you do? money has got to come from somewhere apart from the already high tax we pay... thanks for pointing that out though. i would not have jerried lol
  18. 90916-02468 without air conditioner 90916-02551 with air conditioner On a side note, I recommend using a "single hex" 19mm socket on a breaker bar to get the tensioner loose. We did this on a friends celica and we ended up rounding the nut on the bolt with the double hex and then snapping the damn thing off when we used the breaker bar with single hex socket. We had to use heaps of force to get it off. When I did mine I have to remove the under guard loosen the side guard of the right wheel to see what was going on. Definitely needed an extra pair of hands and eyes for this. Very scared to also break my bolt but my tensioner seemed to be in good nick still...
  19. he said to text him rather than post here becuz he isnt on here often...
