Wouldn't calibrate it and waste money... Just get the correct size.

Will spin slower which means the speedo will either spin exactly the actual speed you are running or slower than your actual speed. Try to get the correct size or something similar with different width. Tyre calculators arr plenty online to work out the speed of which the wheel spins. Factory size tyres WILL be spinning slightly faster than actual speed anyways.
