me and johnny spotted a white sportivo wannabe last few nights ago, some chick was driving it and pulled up beside us. had full sportivo body kit including the rear lip... debadged... (at least she debadged the "1.8" on the sides... although, the only thing that gave it away was the caps where the foglights meant to be caps over foggies = fail automatic = epic fail <_<

thanks mate :) yeah i think i overlooked the levin dash and it wasn't until i saw it in my car that i thought it was worth buying :P the red line is where lift begins so i dont think i'm gonna keep going with the led mod atm... i'm happy the way it is hehe i still heavent found out what that right plug does... i hope its not an important plug or something <_<

Yes, I see that :P I was wanting that as opposed to the crappy lower model looks xD wreckers is ur best bet... i haggled abit and got it dirt cheap becuz of the kms already on the clock (238,000kms LOL) but i dont really mind i still dunno what that right plug behind the cluster is for... i should look thru the manual tonight to see if it says anything... i hope its not a sensor or something <_<

Want to wait till after my current tyres are almost gone. It has. So new tyres. Wouldn't be nice driving to Brisbane and Sydney with balding tyres. thats awesome, and by the time u start ur next tracking day, those tyres would have worn in enough so u can start gunning it down the track muhaha no more back kicking out and a new PB!!!! :clap: btw pm sent :)

sorry to dig up old thread but update: this is what the levin cluster looks like in my car anyone know what the extra cabling for the sportivo behind the cluster (on the right) is for?

just an update: i've bought the levin cluster and i must say... after a good plastic polish, it turned up quite nice... something different to the red cluster the stivos have :) i noticed one thing: my reverse beeping thingo doesn't work when i pull reverse! yay! :D the beeping when the keys still in the igition/the lights still on still work though :) so i looked at the speedo cables and i noticed there is an extra one for the stivo... its got a green one with black stripe and a red one... originally i thought that this was for the extra "low oil" light, but when i plugged my stivo back in, it still worked without it and also reverse beep still worked... does anyone know what is this extra cable for? now my stivo ODO will be staying at 95,000kms but the downside is that this ODO has 238,000kms on it LOL :( oh yeah... my levin has LIFT

Someone will have to confirm this, but for most gauges like this, you just pull it up carefully keeping it straight. I'm not sure how your one is set up, but did you try removing the PCB from the back of the switch assembly? You shouldn't have to remove the button. yeah i've tried this before but i think the electronics are somehow stuck/clipped in... i'm pretty sure i removed all the screws... i'll try again one day and see how i go the fork thing is an excellent idea! though i should try it with another cluster just in case i do snap something off... :(

hey guys, i wanna dismantle the cluster but i've got up to the part that i know i have to remove the 4 needle sticks to get the face off. but i'm not quite sure how to take them off... is it twist and pull or just pull? also i'm wanting to change the light on the "auto" button in the power windows... i've tried to pull it off but no matter how hard i try i gave up thinking if i go anymore i'd bend or break the thing... :( any ideas? cheers :)

its really no difference in the oil visocity... 5W30 and 5W40 difference is that the "40" can run at a higher temp than the "30"

spotted a black corolla, i think it may have been a sportivo with a chick driving it. i think she spotted me too but i didn't get a good look at her face as i was concentrating on the speedo with mobile speed cam in front of me :P anyways... atezza lights, lowered, went by too fast for me to get the rest... maybe its the same chick dyslexik spotted in the city? :D

nice yeh the 2zz is gr8 on fuel.. was averaging about 650kms but with the addition of a cold air feed it got bumped up to 650-700 :D WTF MAN? thats insane fuel efficiency for the sportivo, u must drive on freeway like 95%-99% of the time, drive out of driveway then on freeway, go home off freeway, into house lol i'm hit 700 once on the freeway from melbourne to sydney... i reckon it would have been abit more since i averaged 6.3L/100km pure freeway driving

i hate you. im hoping 550 till light comes on this week. plus watevers left inside tank.. mite get close.. hrmmmmmm yeah but remember i fill it to like brim full... pump auto shuts off three times before i stop refuelling. u stop on first auto shut off :P after going to eat kebab 620ks... might not push it anymore... not good for fuel pump if its below 1/4 let alone close to empty, lol also sportivo tank may be abit bigger than the zres?

man... i thought those super lows would have been gone by now

hey johnny i got fuel light today, i was on 585 kms hehe... i reckon i got 10L inside still so thats another 100 kms i reckon... :D
