    that red lining suits ur red calipers man... i never seen them during the day time. just missing some brighter red for the brakes to show them more off... now i think black rims will make my brakes stand out more... :D

    I have the same rattle only when its a really cold day. Rattle is definately the exhaust as once i started the car and it rattled so got out and starting poking around. But driving abit around and metal expands abit when warms up. So no more rattling. Doesnt bother me as much now...

    And to add to this: dont think you can get all the scratches and swirls out with one detail. I found that after subsequent details, if done properly the finish will be better. And if you dont have at least 6 hrs on ur hands i suggest u do a panel at a time per day. Hope this helps

    look in the shine section... i follow wixy's steps, works really good on black paint. i couldn't get all the swirl marks out but thats just being a black car i guess <_<

    thanks for the info BKS, on my plate it says jun 08 build... so i'm guessing its got the 4 tabs... will go under the car later this week when i change my oil and will feel behind if there are 4 tabs

    u have to separate the cluster and desoldier the leds and put the colour of your choice. bad thing is the fascia itself is red so useless anyways... unless u prefer some sort of colour that will be mixed with red.

    farrr 18 months til ur rears die... i can imagine how many u go thru with the fronts before changing the rears???? :P :P :P

    try wreckers? hehe :) wagons are more rare but if its engine parts then from the other zze122 sedans and hatces should be ok to swap over... what parts r u looking in particular?

    the trd ones on ebay have been good to me (i only chucked on the fronts and they stop quite well, little or no noise) i'm going to throw on the rears next week and machine the rears as well and see how it goes... i questioned them as SD said as well but u just never know until u try them out... but they havent dissapointed me yet :P hope this helps

    the "blue stuff" would be the corrosion inhibitor. it prevents the battery acid vapors from forming on the terminals (esp the negative terminal). grease can be used too (although abit more messy) :P

    dunno about the rest of u stivo owners, but mine definitely goes only to 8k or even 7.9k i'll chuck on the stivo dash and drive it and show u guys... im lucky it doesnt go over as its getting pretty close to the kph needle in 1st :D :D :D @squall001 - nah stivos have 5L more than the other corollas hence my fuel gauge is like... abit more above the F line :D (in comparision to the stivo dash) and i think that price is for the stivo cluster, not sure about the levin or ascent...

    chrono's seen a blue/purple stivo dash around his place... i cant wait til he finds out how the guy took the needles off his dash lol :P waiting waiting :D

    i rang toyota just to see if they can change the odo... but they said that they can only to the new clusters... i'm like 0_0 how much for one? "around 600 bucks" <_< lol, just went for a drive with johnnieboi, he saw me rev all the way to the end of the clock :D :D but since i have stock ecu... i can only go to 8k, which is the limit anyways so its perfect :D edit: i think the fuel gauge is also abit off too... when full it goes higher past the full mark than the sportivo cluster... see how it goes...

    does ABS still kick in when u park your car in the driveway? :P HAHA :D changed the sportivo cluster to the levin cluster yesterday, something different than the full red :)

    Yah. Lift kicks in at around 6.2-6.5 revs. The red line starts at around 6.3 but to the human eye its negligable :) it hell looks good as i can rev all the way as it only goes up ti 8k and also the rev moves faster :P
