  1. get ready for accidentzzzzzzzz.
  2. wait, hang on, cant u start ur car with the grey one as well? and i thought they used this as the "back up key" in case u loose the 2 remote keys. and they use that one to program a new key with remote.
  3. I kinda don't see the point having a spare master key? I don't even use the master key, but it is put safely in a draw. I have only ever used the remote keys. The ONLY time I would use it is when the transponder fooks up and I have to tell toyota to reprogram another remote key. My two remotes are good and have been good for 10 years plus. Only reason why I had to change it is Becuz I dropped it while going for a jog one night. Swapped the transponder over and it was all good.
  4. To be very honest with u, it's really a waste of money... -_- but that's my 2 cents. It's your money... Even when a remote one broke I just got a $10 one from eBay and then transported the transponder over to the new key and got the key cut.
  5. He's got the modalista skirt already LOOOOOOOOOL
  6. +3 chicks Jeff? Oh man...
  7. got another cluster and changed the colours to this... white or the previous blue? when i feel like white i'll change back to white :P also this arrived... not an upgrade but rather a replacement for the fooked up alternator. Will miss the faux supercharger whine LOL....... :P well the "upgrade" part is that it outputs 160amps compared to stock 70amps. something else is coming, so stay tuned. :) In the meantime, my car has developed some kind of loose noise coming from the front drivers... need to hunt that down before track day... and i think me car is burning more oil than it should... sigh...
  8. haha sure! i reckon i can beat ur hilux across the creek anyday. i have "lift" :P
  9. what do you mean by shift properly? I don't try slam it in or anything, it just won't go in. If you shift at around 7000rpm it goes in fine. yeah still on stock clutch too lol edit: by jams up, i don't mean crunch, just that when i push the gear knob down it doesn't get into 2nd gear. I think the clutch pedal adjustment will fix this right? dont flat shift, use clutch properly and yes get the clutch adjustment. but get a new one its better. stock one will destroy the box.
  10. no, shift properly and u'll be doing ur gearbox a BIG favour. stock clutch is rubbish, change it asap.
  11. Little oil is fine. Get a looked after prefacelift one. Just because it's newer doesn't mean it's not rooted.
  12. Pro tip: buy a green one.
  13. As u need to take off the box. Might as well change the clutch too while ur at it.
  14. Adelaide Hills ish da bombz.
  15. Bearings u just change when u need to. It's the studs that corrode over time. With the brake rotor, they are floating. So after taking the calipers off, u just yank it off.
  16. why do u need to take off the axle nut when u change rotors? u only need to if u snapped a stud and need to replace it or change the bearing. to be completely honest, you should have changed the ones that had white corrosion near the start of the stud or just change all of them for peace of mind.
  17. So shiny and new.... :) Welcome!
  18. Then Gimme back me trd one looooool
