i think i know the dude... mikey he lives (or used to live) in our area. driver is filipino.. white rolla (possibly with bodykit) + rims + altezza tail lights and what looks to be a chrome cannon exhaust? used to own a starlet or echo coz im pretty sure i saw those cru222 plates on a smaller car. from memory i think this guy was a member of the club?! long ago though.

Compliance plate has been ordered it is 2 weeks away from being delivered.. then registered. WORTH THE WAIT looks like a beaut.. ill keep checking back 4 updates

im no expert at these sorts of things, but is there any risk of these hoses bursting under pressure? sure it looks good, but are they lesser quality than stock? or is it the same material as stock?

chat would make things harder for me to keep up with everything people say in here. blog... would be interesting. i like the idea of that. if a chat option pops up, i personally wouldnt bother with it.

im not really suprised that there are people out there who dont know what c-one wingtips are. first time i heard the term "wingtips" i was thinking about shoes, and i havent seen any other model of car with add-on extra wingtips on the ends of it.. spoilers are usually 1 big part?!

you mean white corolla with the plate TON 30M?? oh is that your mums miikey? yea it may have been white... i was walking with my son so i was more focussed on him at the time, but the thing that stuck out was the plates coz i know ive seen it several times before. i did say TOM30M or something very similar

heres a plate i keep on spotting onthe back of a corolla, forget the colour although i remember it does have black altezzas... TOM30M ? or something very similar. this time spotted this afternoon driving east on woodstock ave towards m7.

2 spotted corollas to report! both were black and beautiful.. the first was spotted at mitchell high school staff carpark- black prefacelift corolla, huge chrome rims, sportivo grille, eyelids just after school @ 3.10? THEN, 3.13pm? black facelift corolla, bodykit, (not sure what kit, but front lip but might have been c-one? might have just been the standard toyota front lip, im not too familiar with the facelift rolla kits) black altezza tail lights heading south @ the trafficlights on bungaribee road

spotted round 6.38pm tonight @ mtdruitt woolies caltex, white corolla with 18"(maybe larger) chromies, bodykit & spoiler. number plate RU**ME? i think.. from memory it hink they were blue plates?

i have a second hard drive that was previously used in a laptop... its already got a c:\, xp, whole lot of windows programs and unfortunately i think the laptop has passed on. i still think the hard drive has something to offer... particularly the microsoft office with all the fruit. i hooked it up to the usb adaptor and it doesnt seem to work. any way to work around this?

to be fair the guy who owns this car did do something most of us havent done on our cars, which is why i posted up the pics, everyone has different tastes. it reminds me of my brothers 98 celica spoiler. wouldnt mind something LIKE this spoiler, but not exactly that.. id still get the booster kit if i can get it (i dont think my homemade booster hatchdoor mod will ever be completed) i wouldnt want the thing floating over my tail lights anyhoo, that makes it look odd.

im trying to figure out whether the spoiler was left black intentionally to go with the black boot thingo where the SECA stickers are. it is an ascent isnt it?

gday, just spotted this car earlier this morning with an interesting mod that i havent previously seen except for the dude who had the booster kit installed which was dead sexy especially when viewed up close, but this one was slightly different. what do you guys make of it? anyone know who sells it? looks good? yay or nay?

well it was a clearance item.. last 1 i saw on the sales table... kinda regret not getting it now! from memory the price was cut down from 30 something bucks which i thought was a bit much, but $55 bucks for that? i guess if you got the cash.. but yea id say its still a good thing to have in the car with friends who love playing their music from their ipod/nokia mobile. not bad on the eyes either

saw that exact sony model din tray at strathfield for like $12 back in strathfield car radios mt. druitt! but that was in january... the cable inside it would be incredibly handy. i would have bought this myself but the stereo ive got is for some stupid reason slightly larger than 1 din which makes for less than 1 din extra space above my deck. the toyota jobbys that fill in the spaces on the sides dont fit right around it either. :(

dark blue corolla with jdm taillights, dark gunmetal rims & spoiler, random yellow plates on george st outside wynyard station 2day just after 3pm! I was walkin in d rain tryin 2 take a pic with my 6110 navigator but the cam settings were set on the 2nd camera- ended taking a pic of myself. Excuse bad speling im typin this on d train home

now i thinkbout it, i think i spotted this guys nickname on a numberplate that was on a '96? model corolla at toymods last year? correct me if im wrong.. sorry i know this is completely off topic

Hey i figured out how 2 partition d drive thanx anyway just in case anyone was wondering how to partition and format (for winxp): goto- start>> control panel >> administrative tools>> computer management >> disk management, then find your HDD. Just right click to select "create partition" and enter the Create Partition Wizard. Follow the instructions, tick "quick format" to do the partition and format all at once. these were the instructions I followed.

hi, im typing this from my celfone cos my adsl is stuffd, so xcuse my spellin. I bought a 2.5inch sata usb harddisk enclosure from ebay and i put a new 80gig hd in it. My pc can recognise it as a generic usb drive with 80gig in it but it doesnt have a drive name like d: or watever. The ebay seller gave a mini cdrom with nothiing useful in it so it seems. Anyone know wat i should do 2 get it running? Thx 4 ur help in advanced

im not totally against lexus badging replacing toyota badges. its kinda cool that it can make people do a doubletake when they see it. has anyone here not seen the lexus version of the 100 series landcruiser? besides all the extra luxuries and larger engine (they are v8s arent they? - but the landcruiser also came out with the option of a v8 engine) and different headlights/tail lights/grille it still appears to look a lot like the toyota 100 series! its not like your putting a ferrari sticker on your corolla.. (saw that in melbourne b4, as well as some pics on the forum last year?) anyhoo... hands up who hasnt seen a holden bearing a chevy badge around here? wouldnt call that gay or tryhardish either. take a look - 1 example of lexus badge on corolla
