  1. Yes the bars themselves vary, but he's asking if all the fixing points are identical as he wants to fit the c-one t-sport/sportivo bars to his 1.6L E12.
  2. I don't see why not, especially if you can borrow someone's to copy the design.
  3. I think eddy_torrez had problems with his CV's (warranty) when he was on stock suspension. So It's not a thing that aflicts people on coilovers only, but the lower your are, the more you're outside the original tolerances and the more at risk you are of the problem occuring.

    Car Wash

Silverbullits comments are certainly true, but in VIC we have no choice - Our stage 3 restrictions mean Commercial Car washing only. Not washing at home even with a High Pressure hose. So the only thing we can really do here is use our own sponge/wash mit and buckets, but we still have to use their water. It just means needing to pay more attention to polish and waxing. Since I purchased my car, it's pretty much always been washed at a commercial wash. But my car is given a wax twice a year (In Autumn and Spring) and the duco is all good. But naturally, if I never did this, and used the 'brooms' they have at the wash all the time, it would be a mess!
  5. Best way to see if it happens is go to a carpark and do full lock turns, if you hear click click click... then you need to look at your cv's
  6. the car is low....but the wheels dont rub or anything.. the coilovers have been on for just over a month.....do they go that quickly? Certainly not in a month ! It's more a gradual thing over a bit of time.
  7. Where those BOTH pointed at ME <_< okay ;) ?????????????????????????????? Yeah that wasn't directed at you :)
  8. You're on D2's right? How low is the car? CV's have a tendancy to go more quickly when the car's been lowered (or in the case of off-roaders raised).
  9. Yes all the torsion beam rear end zz or e12 series corolla's share the same rear suspension (except for the 1.5L 4wd version)
  10. There should be many on e-bay, you can get different lengths, even as short as 3cm, but 10cm looks good. Otherwise many of the shorter antenna's such as those on the Suzuki swift, Nissan X-Trail etc fit as well. I have one from a Suzuki swift, I had to trim some rubber from the base so it screws in properly, but looks and works just fine. You can also PM member pippy as he's able to get some from time to time. Cheers
  11. I read the mags all the time and they have constant criticism of the Holdens and Fords ? Especially in relation to economy and driveline refinement
  12. Something significant about the Blade is that it's equiped with an IRS. Which hopefully makes it's way to the TRD model .
  13. There's no reason for that :( Please stay on topic.
  14. Where's the picture of you in a g-string Borat style :P

    Car Wash

Can't wash cars at home in Melbourne full stop, so I go to any of the commercial places after hours when there's little people around with my own bucket, wash mitt and brush and wash the whole car quite thoroughly for $3.00 :D
  16. drivers?????? vista ????? GO MAC !!... OSX !!!!! OSX FTW !
  17. Possibly 05 plate but never registered, heard there's still a handful here and there.
  18. You get warning signs? We in Victoria should be so lucky
  19. A friend of mine in an engineer and worked on the development of Aurion, upon completion of Aurion he left Toyota for Holden and he admits that the VE is overall a better product. If it were up to me I would choose the VE over the Aurion without blinking.
  20. A remember it's not only the physical installation of the hardware they will charge you for, alot of time/$$$ would be going towards tuning the new ecu settings.
  21. $4,200.00 ??? :o That sort of money can get you very very nice after market wheels with excellent tyres. Why would you bother with the factory wheels!
  22. I think you'll need to remove the white airflow straightner to fit it though. If you do the MAF sensor may give funny readings because of turbulance. Danz you have an AEM CAI, why would you do this?
