    Cheers Rob ty mate, and cheers again for the other night, was a blast seeing just how low your car does go , between you and Vic 2 of the best aurions in aus Cheers mate I'ts commin i want that look soooo bad now. Cheers mate OMG! tbh i think i'd prolly bag the iLoad before the aurion and it's somthing i wanna do soon! Yer thats exactly how i felt too mate, quiet lucky for a laps in security i really didint pay any price. Your 100% right, i must got home and just got out and for some reason not hit the alarm.( total brain fart) been havin a few of em lately. I really like walking out and seeing the black roof it suits the car well imo. ....it's not as good a finish as i expected,, kinda of a gloss but with no depth to it.You get a shine in the day and nice reflections @ night but you can't "look into" it like 2pak. The application is prolly 95% only bad spot is along the back window i pretty much nailed the rest. You can see where the krinkle was....but im hoping for a few hot days to help sort that out. It's not very durable and will scratch up pretty easy. I can't see it as being a final solution but a cheaper (that ended up exy) way for me to have a good look. I took a few shots of the damaged box and roll... end the end i got most of it out. OOOOO Sexy ty mate :) pretty much how it looks too, i'll try and post up some better shots tomoz after i respray the rear roof spoiler and sikaflex it on.

    Niiiice piccy ty ! and thanx for those extras one my cam :) theres some awsome wallpaper shots there. Woke up this morn and the car had bneen ransacked in my driveway.... i must have forgotten to lock/set alarm.... The wife got up @ 4am to let the cat in.... and must have scared them off.... boot and passanger door was open... My old navman was sitting on the passanger seat!!! A bit of rain in the car but a close call.

    Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 7pm I'd say the gates would be open maybe an hour or so after? What if we meet @ harry de wheels, next to tempe tyres and cruise up to ikea? if closed down to botany.

    Cheers Pete. jeeesus thats a scary bloody thing to have to happen.....sikaflex was my thought too after 2 fail attempts @ the double sided tape :(. I ended up building my tape up all the way to the back of thr spoiler rather than to the foam that runs around the outer edge,This way i managed to prop the middle up rather then it sag like most i see. Still dont see it as a perm soloution, Fingers crossed the 3M roof wrap shows up soon. Wing off then and back on with sika :) I'm not sure why the pics arn't working Vic

    Them!...... i'll bog the holes myself :) genuine sportivo tail for 240 direct from Toyota! i wanted to keep the orig boot and spoiler, incase i didint like or wanted to change back. Roof wings on :) cheers double sided tape did the trick nice.I didint want mine to sag in the middle thought there mighta been a pro way to do it. 'll leave roof wing black for now, but am half tempted to give the eyelids a coat of diamond white. Spent a hour or so cutting & moulding up some tinted perspex covers for the lower lights!!! in 2 minds if i like the look.

    I could be wrong, but bang for buck i just dont think your going to make big inroads hp wise. Most guys change pipes @ the back more for note and noise.(380-1500 for full sys)..... Very minimal gain. Again Air pods (200+) give thoatier sound, minimal gain. Maybe the 2 mods might yeild 5-10 KW but against your already 200kw.... 5-10more?

    Cheers mate ty :) naaa i was always....... a bit too creative Vic, just priced up a new boot and duck tail...... 300+ for a boot and i'd have to respray it here @ home so proll add another 90 for paint thinners etc. I'm dead keen to do it tho! How did you attach your roof wing mate?

    If you want to convert an Aurion to a TRD internally, I'd love to see someone do so without spending more than $15,000 (and without a half-cut). In that light, $15k is actually a good price. I agree, Engine swap, add brakes and the extras! I don't care much for leather trims so you could get back a qik 1k there, it's got incar nav 2-300? boot and wings 500 doors prolly 250 + each... Theres 3k back in time there.... then theres misc stuff.. if you could get it for the 10k asking your down to 7k for your motor box and brakes and puter and exhaust. thats pretty darn cheep for an instant 40kw!

    Brendan you sure you deff need to do a " lightbuld/led " swap? Toyota is very crafty about the way it lights up it's dashes .     LOL see if can keep ya jizzing! New head unit going in today eyelids and roof wing tomoz! Cheers Pete, went for a qik drive to maccas last night, and really happy with the deeper softer colour, Pitty the head unit's getting changed as we type...... shoulda only taken an hour or so to do..... taken 4 so far!!!!!! jeesus really had a hard time deciding where to mount the revers cam..... Cheers Audio115 ty mate :) in the end they were just too big for my old gas oven, so broke out the old hot air gun. prolly about 1-2 mins continuous even heat all round on "low heat" and they just pulled apart. The only prob is i swapped and changed ideas... so i prolly had these ones open 2 or 3 times. not the best way to do it but for these type of eyes i'm really happy. If i were to do it again, and having the practice the next set would be a lot cleaner. with a few more mods for devil eyes and shark gill side lights. Back to this bloody reverse camera install.....

    Dash Complete, Decided to give the red the flick, A more subtle toned down blue that matched the dash bord blue was the go. A lot warmer and sporty looking than the sterile pale stock blue imo.

    Cooools Yer i'll come! but i'm old so no 1am'er again for me :) i should be sporting my new black roof ... halfway to the darkside :D Has anyone else noticed 3 REALLY nice Aurions sportivo's round Arncliffe of late? A Light blue a Light green and a sexy red one? all three on 20's and lowered ...... need to spead the gospel get em on here.
