lmao haha...yes dude the front strut makes a huge difference apparently. Tightens up the front end immensley and reduces front roll. The TRD, Cusco or C-One strut are the ones to get. Yeah hopefully it'll be looking different very soon lol. We'll organise something shortly ;)

The front strut compliments the coilovers very well. I'm grabbing a TRD one as soon as my D2's go in. It tightens the front up a bit more for you. I would advise against going for a rear strut and rear sway bar with the coilovers in, otherwise you'll flick the tail out (yes...you WILL flick the tail out if you push it). It seems to want to oversteer too much when the rear strut and sway bar are in. Coilovers + front strut seems to be the best combo in my books, especially after doing the research into it.

This is a screw clip. Technically you don't need to undo this as it is holding the front bar on. To take these guys off though you basically unscrew it, but don't push down on it. Just lightly touch it and turn. Once it's out a fair bit give it a little push from the bottom as stated about and it'll come out. When putting it back in just slot it in and push the screw down. Don't need to screw it back in. If you guys are playing around with removing internal trimmings etc as well then buying a clip remover is really handy.

Don't do what I did though. My D2's became very theraputic for my feet sitting under my desk at home lol. Get them in asap otherwise you'll go insane like me. I was lazy and couldn't find a proper installer here in canberra haha.

Ah yes that makes sense now man. Yeah I recieved the grille and eyelids yesterday. The grille is an OEM one so i does stick out a little, but it looks proportionate still. Pre-fitted it yesterday and cut the mesh to suit also. Once I pick up the rear skirt tomorrow morning from fyshwick i'll be phoning around for quotes next week to get it painted. I'll have to get the tip done before that though, so I'll talk to mick0082's exhaust man for that. What do you guys think? 3 1/2 inch or 4 inch? I was thinking 4 inch because it might look better with the skirt. It may look like a cannon but I don't think that'd look too bad. I think it'd look good. Thoughts guys?

Ask to speak to Tommy and tell him that Rob recommended him to you. Tommy has handled a few purchases for me and has been: a) Honest B) Apologetic if the sh!t hits the fan on their end c) Actually tries hard to give a deal, EVEN though they have bugger all margin to play with The grille and eyelids I ordered took 2 weeks to come (I told him I didn't need them in a great hurry) and there was even a note apologizing for the lateness when it wasn't even late lol. When it comes to dealing with stuff for our cars (rollas) these guys did impress me (especially when everything comes from Japan, there's not too many people that specialise in our stuff locally). They are NICE and HONEST. Sometimes that's all I ask for when it comes to a sale.

For the amount of money you spend you get something that is excellent value for money for the street. Plus the D2's are camber adjustable as well. Get that camber negative on the track! lol

17's don't look small once the car is lowered properly. Brian's car looks very proportionate now that it's lowered. Johnny's is very pimp, but that's how Johnny is lol. The P1 Buddyclubs that I now possess are going on as soon as the wheel nuts arrive. It'll look a little disproportionate while riding on a 35mm drop, but when the coilovers go in it'll be more like a 60mm drop. Northy's car is another one that looks tops with 17s thanks to Shao's insight before Corey had it. Corey's kept it that way too, although his is also lower now. It's weird though, some 17's look puny but some don't lol. Strange.
