Welcome The Corolla Sportivo (03 -05 models) are a hybrid. They house a celica motor and gearbox. 2zz-ge, 141kw @ the fly backed by a close ratio 6-speed manual. Once you get the hang of shifting in them they're rather potent to drive. We've surprised a few people.

The actual paint came out too patchy on mine ay. The jet on the can must be screwed. I'll be cutting mine back a bit more another time. My stockies have gone back on now for the time being. Yours came out even at least.

I think it was something like 40% black and 60% clear coat, and you just give it 2 light coats and you're set. Ah weak, I don't have a spray gun or paint and IU'm guessing they'd charge me an arm and a leg to get it down at a car painting joint....GAY Also I didn't need to use clear coat for a glossy finish, just cut and wax it with car polish, comes up all nice and smooth :) You have encouraged me yet again... damn you lol

oh come on mate ..... dont tell me ur afraid of a little maths and data analysis :P :P :P :P :P :P its pretty simple actually ..... no rebuilding go a gt28rs ..... if ur going a build go a gt2871 ..... want a bit more umph uptop ..... go a gt3071 or gt3076 and if ur just after a straight line warrior u might wanna go something a bit bigger. All depends on how much boost u want .... the air flow of ur setup ..... how much delay ur prepared to put up with etc etc etc .... like i said above .... a bit of maths and data analysis ;) ;) Something tells me you've done this before bill...

Ah cool, I will remeber this when I inevitably get bored one day and tint my tail lights - might even do it today Buy clear coat. A good brand as well, to go over the top of it. Use a maximum of 1 to 2 coats dude. (The brand was the VHT supercheap brand) If you do what I did, then you'll be rubbing it back. I just did it then because the finish turned to crap without a decent clear coat. I now have headspins and feel nauseas. ****ing thinners (and I was outside). But hey, someone had to jump in the dead end :)
