  1. By that time they will have a 2nd gen TRD AURION mmmm Gah. I want Toyota to release a real sports car again here. The Aurion is good, but it's still based on a family car.

just the normal lows, the lovel lows are maybe a bees ***** lower than the king springs... I've found they sit higher. The Lovells Super Low's are a 65mm drop too from memory. I lol'd at that. 50mm drop on Kings are fine if the shocks are replaced with suitable units. I had king lows before i put the lovels on, and the lovels sit lower, plus the guy that works for whiteline that i bought them from told me they're lower too. superlows are only for show... my reasons: illegal height , reduced suspension travel all so people on the outside of the car can laugh at you because your car is stupidly low and you have to put up with a harsh ride , just for that reason seems pointless to me The height isn't illegal on AS IF's chassis type with a 50mm drop. The suspension travel is maintained and even improved if you swap in the correct shocks (KYB's or Koni's as an example). It's not stupidly low for us. It sits nicely. (I had lovells sports lows in my sportivo. It still looked like a truck). Having a decent ride height is important for reducing bodyroll, but not eliminating it completely. The ride isn't that harsh. I have 32 way adjustable coilovers in mine and I don't need kidney braces. I have around 1 1/2 fingers worth of play between the tyre and the guard and it handles like a dream without any harshness. Fair enough I can't go up gutters etc, but why the hell would I with jdm rims lol. Not having a stab, that's just my 2c with this chassis type specifically.
  6. Click here to see something pathetic. So who wants to get trashed with me this weekend to celebrate? Leroy Im looking at you...
  7. NRMA didn't have me insured for 6 months because someone in the accounts department FORGOT to process my payment. Of course they didn't even inform me of this and was shocked to find that I would have been screwed if I was in an accident. NRMA can get ******. I'll take that with me to my grave.

A guy I knew at CIT was wondering why his WRX kept bouncing everywhere. 2 years nearly on stock shocks with re-heated springs. Noob.

  10. Once the house is sorted... we'll see. 1 - 3 years could be the defining point. 1. S/C the stivo or 2. Enter... Mr. S15
  11. Or save your money for now and simply don't bother. I like the Sportivo as an example. I love it to bits. I want to hold on to it forever, but realistically I think I'm going to have to come to terms with parting ways with it sooner or later. If I wanted the sportivo to go fast I'd supercharge it. I know when to quit with mods though. If I wanted an all-round awesome performer for a road / track car I'd be getting an S15 Silvia. If I wanted a project car to fully restore and do up, I'd be getting an AE86 or an R32GTR.
  12. You *****... damn you damn you lol I love those guys. They live for music.
  13. I noticed a couple of cars getting the ****s and going over a bump on that corner. They could have the completely wrong line. There was others who had it fine though. Tis an interesting one.
  14. When was it closed? I was there recently in January. If it was only just opened after that, then they still didn't fix the bump near the apex on the last corner onto pit straight lol.
  15. I can also vouch for Tez. Several mates go there.
  16. I know it's black of me to say this but... How is this guy still alive? I thought everyone would have put a bounty on his head. Even this dude has transcended the silver screen to enquire on a bounty:
  17. That's why you need a radar detector detector detector. I think one of the new Decepticons in the next Transformers movie is a Radar Detector actually.
  18. With a face like that mate why wouldn't I blink at you :P
