  1. At around 38k, VF-X, I don't think she is in the market for an IS250C ;)
  2. These cars have been released now. Anyone interested in one, just let me know ;)
  3. Spend 2k more mirz and get a new facelift KXS ;) (Speak to me, I'm the man who can do it for you! hehe) Happs, I can help you if you know a relative or some way of proving you have a mailing address in Victoria, otherwise I can sell you a car without rego etc and you freight it across and rego it yourself.
  4. As far as practicality goes DJKOR, she did state that she would keep her Corolla if she bought a zeddy!!
  5. 350z any day of the week. FAR more excitement and thorough enjoyment over the period of time owning it. Bugger badge snobbery, think about cruising down the local hot spot with a drop zed that when you plant the foot in it the car bucks like a horse. An IS250 offers you none of that.
  6. It has iPod connectivity in the form of a 3.5mm jack. It just does not have a USB jack.
  7. I preferred the FT86 red vehicle that was released before. MUCH preferred it actually. It was nice, sleek, sporty but didnt try to stand out like dogs balls. It's pretty clear that with this one you can see they actually ARE trying to make it stand out like dogs balls.
  8. Dealers don't get motorshow tickets.
  9. If it's going to cost you thousands I would probably not bother. But if you're trading your 4 year old car in on a new one or something then perhaps its feesible. Depends on the circumstances of it all really. The suspension and handling in my opinion is not massively different!
  10. Any fine you ever receive is welcomed to be challenged. The details are on the back of the fine to have the matter heard in court etc. You start by writing a letter and go from there. You would want to have a good reason of course, or simply be wanting to point out said 10 year good driving history etc. and that your infringement was very out of character and will not happen again etc.
  11. The car will be long remembered, the wait will not. Keep telling yourself this ;)
  12. Those alloys are in fact off the top of the line in the States, but you make a fair statement I kinda thought the same thing.
  13. No, no Toyota's have child safety points in the 3rd row.
  14. I'd start by speaking with the dealer rather than posting on a forum about it. Generally a service department is going to hear your problems and act quickly to rectify it if you feel the car has come back in a worse condition than when they received it.
  15. I'm guessing the sat nav unit simply isn't designed to take the USB input.
  16. I would advise against Toyota's rear seat entertainment systems simply due to cost. They are about $6k or something crazy!!
  17. Good to hear Pugsly! Exciting times!!!
  18. It's a face lift. You can't compare the Prado release which was a completely new car to a headlight refresh on a current generation car...
  19. I've seen ads for the new model several times on tv so far
  20. I understand what you're saying, but I am going off Toyota's official figures.
  21. The only time there is a .5l difference is when you switch to the AWD Grande model.
  22. Scud

    Bluetooth

Not sure how your phone would say it is connected if it the car hasn't seen the phone yet. The connection has to be mutual.
  23. Ouch! The worst thing about stolen plates is that you can never use 'em again!
  24. I wouldn't expect there is going to be loads of Rukus people flocking to this forum yet. Not enough people have even bought one! But also Toyota don't get a lot of stock as well..
