I believe the whole console would need to be purchased...
Try the wreckers, give them a call.

The thing that ****s me about safety glasses, is that I am having trouble finding a pair that goes well over my regular glasses......grrr
Bleach is bad, 98% sulfuric acid is worst. I be as careful as I can around the 20% H2SO4 acid bath when soaking my glassware and I still get holes in my pants and shirts, and I'm wearing a bloody lab coat!!!
Just be careful with any chemicals in general, I got superglue splashed in my eyes and 6 months later I'm wearing glasses *sigh*

Also when are we heading down to WSID for some comparative testing ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
Was just waiting for you to say that lol.

Cool, so pretty much all bases covered...

How is anyone going to be giving nos a go??
-
While we are at it, whats the weight of the stock flywheel?? 6.2kg??
-
Ive know ppl that go Fi in their NA cars with out going the whole 10yards and it always ends in disater...
Mate was using microtech (microwreck) he went through 4 builds....
I did a turbo setup n B18c (did everything but internal build) ran fine in winter but in summer i was very unstable...
If its unstable in summer then wouldn't that be the fault of the tuner?? I'm planning (buying parts at this stage) on bolting on a turbo on my sportivo without touching the internals. But running a sensible amount of boost and a safe tune. Chasing numbers most of the time is what kills your engine I think.

To be honest we are a very small select crowd that only caters mainly for the zze122/3 rollas.
Can't compare it to skylinesaustralia, nissansilvia, rexnet etc etc
But I still say thank *** for this forum if not then most of the zze122/3 owners would have trouble wondering what to mod.
But yeah, it is getting a bit dry lately around here.

Make sure you take care of your car mate. Sounds that your pushing it a bit too hard to me. Are you changings gears at the redline or what??
-
Pretty sure it doesn't fit mate, forget about it. Don't even try the an acutal short shifter designed for the celica, I went down that route and needed it to be cut and rewelded.
-
Probably better to get a specialist to install one for you. Besides the seat, you also need seatbelts etc. IIRC the last time I did it, it cost around about $800.
-
Came close to stalling though
-
So i'm guessing that the tarago is lighter then the aurion??
-
It does now though
185kw and the car weighs in at around the same as a twin turbo supra
It seems about right though
-
you tried removing the splash guard underneath the car?? they are pretty flexible but don't be too rough on it, also those tabs cost about $2 each at toyota, try not to damage them.
-
by the time it gets here it will be closer to 5K.....
-
I don't think anyone has an engine failure yet, except northy I think??
-
Too bad we didn't get the T-Sport Compressor :(
-
From my experience the insurance premiums didn't differ between my conquest and sportivo by much at all. But then again the sportivo is only insured about $2000 more then my conquest.
-
2ZR should be more efficient then the 1zz it just replaced. 2zz ge is no longer in production I think
-
Now that is a sleeper indeed

If only the three door corolla was sold in Oz....just like the two door wrx....*sigh*
-
Would the cooper by any chance be a better handling car?? I've always had that impression, dunno why though....
-
Turbo kit will be complete custom which will take a while.
The Blitz S/C has recently been discontinued, but you might find some still available if your supplier is any good.

With the SRI vs CAI battle.
I have both, I just recently removed my CAI and put the SRI in. The SRI has really really good response, but no powre increase whatsoever. For daily driving though, I think a CAI would be a much better option as it allows you to drive your car more easier (from my experience anyway).
