  1. Well sh*t dont worry about the big brake kit John - drop a 2JZ in there! http://youtu.be/_juJ7z9zNyI
  2. Haha nice, I'm still not sure yet. This could be your next cheap mod: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TRD-Monoblock-Brake-Kit-86-GT86-ZN6-MS220-18001-/271112421314?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f1f8f3fc2&_uhb=1 It`ll only set you back about $11k or so :)
  3. Hey Mate, Are you from Sydney, Melbourne? Have a look on Gumtree - I'm sure you'd be able to find some second hand doors there :) Cheers, Thien
  4. Does it happen when driving straight or up hill or down hill? Are you driving semi-auto or auto? And are you putting your foot down when taking off? It could be the way you're driving as well or the change from V6 to a 4cyl, different transmission compared to Holden etc.
  5. Hiro is right - I have tested the different fuels, driving the same route daily. Minus the traffic, I found that I had to fill up more often with E10 than with 95 and 98. Between 95/98 you won't feel the difference much at all with a Camry - economy wise still the same give or take. On the other side as well, E10 and 91 are almost the same, 1% difference in ethanol/petrol whichever way you look at it. -- My average has been 14L/100kms lately - I guess more cause I'm having too much fun with my new exhaust haha. Normally get around 12L/100KMs - mostly city driving. I know with your Camry Hybrid 2013 you can play with the Eco and Normal mode as well.
  6. God damn that is one awesome rukus - a real piece of work man. Your car looks evil :D
  7. What time are you guys intending to leave Maccas and arriving at Wollombi? I might be interesting in coming for the first leg and the lunch :)
  8. That looks sexy! Can't wait to hear it & see it in person - are you going for the cruise :)?
  9. Dropped a 2jz in my engine bay ;)
  10. God damn that sexy Rukus - so clean, love it.
  11. There's an Aurion Body kit going for sale soon from Japan - looks a bit like the Mark X - they should bring that car to Australia. Totally agree! I would definitely buy the Mark X if they were sold here.. I considered importing but seems that they do not allow it to be privately imported.. x( You can now import the current model GRX133 Mark X as of a couple of months ago, mate in Tassie is getting the first one in the country (and was the guinea-pig for compliancing) Time to sell my car :P

  13. Don't understand why you pay $40-$50k for top of the range camry only to find out there's no HIDs or washers. You would expect them to be included since you're paying that much.
  14. I would get a camry over a civic any day. But if I had a choice with the Nee Aurion I'd definitely get that without the body kit. Always loved the blue on Gen 7 camry, reminds me of the lexus ISF blue :)
  15. They're quite easy to replace. There's a thread over at TN (http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/310-7th-generation-2012/403873-interior-led-bulbs-replacement-license-plate-lights-2.html#post3783269) with pictures of how to do this. HID kits, there's a $55 set on eBay, they seem to last about 3 years give or take depending on usage. The HID replacement is a pain in the backside for the 2012 for some reason - I did it for 50UNIQ and the bulb kept refusing to twist in correctly. Also, there's these parkers, which seem interesting: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/PHILIPS-T10-W5W-6000K-XENON-HID-WHITE-ULTINON-LED-PARKER-HSV-FPV-GTR-EVO-STI-/110849608862 - just a bit expensive lol
  16. Hmm yeah I thought so too - wonder how the other guy managed to do it. Gotta show you next week :)
  17. Oh man that looks so sexy! I wonder how it would look now if i had my Parker's on the side where the plastic piece is.
  18. I like the first one looks nice and clean :)
  19. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/mount-druitt/wheels-tyres-rims/trd-aurion-19-rims-for-sale-gunmetal/1022525923
  20. I'm sure half the forum would run over to Luke's place if they were in NSW :) They look awesome, CCFLs look nice and even, but always prefer LEDs over CCFLs. Lol - you should get yours custom made too :)
  21. Certainly is - just this weather! Centro Bankstown? Another location maybe?
