that place gets flooded often. last time I filled up there my car burbled =|

  2. but it's P plater friendly... x78579
  3. lookin outside my apartment window at the westgate bridge.. .So glad I live and work in the city.

  4. Thanks Johnnie :D Love the sound now with the Catco cat.. couldn't hear s### when I had the stock torpedo in.. also restricted a lot of airflow with the stock cat+resonator. So glad I switched it out. Thanks for the offer on helping with the CAI man. will let you know how things go. Can't wait for it!
  5. Yep I can also concur that the needle moves much faster, especially from 4k-6k RPM. I don't belive it's a placebo effect, because I also feel the car doesn't "lag" or "stutter" when I accelerate anymore like it used to with the stock torpedo. Lol I might dyno just for the hell of it when I get my CAI installed (when it arrives too -_-).. Oh what I meant about confusing people with my car, is when I went to fill up petrol (which I do myself - I don't get others to fill up for me), other people who were filling up their car at the same time were looking at the front of my car, confused because they didn't know what it was simply by the badge at the front being a Netz badge (not Toyota badge).. Not many people know what Netz is I suppose lol. The guy at the cashier did also mention to me that I had a nice car but had no idea what it was either lol. (exactly what I mentioned in my PM to you lol)
  6. Thanks Ben! :) Love the look of the Netz badge on the black Corolla. Gives it a unique look compared to the original Toyota emblem. Btw, you should post up a sound-clip of your exhaust, now that you have your catco hi-flow cat installed now too ;) see how it differs in sound compared to mine, seeing as yours have the WeaponR headers and custom stainless catback system. I'd imagine it would be louder than mine, seeing as I have the Xforce twinloop installed on my rear which would exhaust sound a bit. EDIT: lol... I just confused the F### out of a few people with my car, filling up at the petrol station - from the front, they had no idea what it is until they looked at my rear badges :X That should soon change, after I debadge everything from the rear except for the stock Toyota emblem.. need to paint that motherrrrr
  7. feels like some Gelati..

  8. got my front facelift from zeroism :) major fast postage! wish they stocked the rear Netz emblem too.. unless I'm just blind.

Yeah I'm not doubting that. But don't think I'd pay $300+ for USP Int. Express postage for an item that costed me $200 already :/ Hoping it arrives soon. Ordered on 24/06 so it's been a while.

still no change on the USPS tracking site.. or the aus post tracking site for that matter.... -_- ffs

  10. Well probably not totally "Hot hatch potential" just yet, but thought I'd put it out there for now.. Need better lighting and omg I really want friggin' bodykit! *eyes tax return coming in*
  11. well it wasn't the Injen, but at least I got something in there today... Hate the lighting in the carpark lol.
  12. Netz badge arrived! Where should I be sticking my flat head (lol) in, to wedge out the stock front toyota badge?

Now it's time to debadge the rear and get that factory rear Toyota emblem painted flat/matte charcoal black.

  13. My mind says yes.. my wallet says no. (for now). there's another version on the RHD site but I think they don't stock it anymore - a lot more cleaner than this one (not a fan of the front bumper on this one)
  14. Thanks man. Just the cat - I had a look under the car before they pulled out the torpedo and I think they said there was another muffler at the front (before the torpedo) so I opted to just stick with the front muffler, cat, and rear muffler. I reckon sound is pretty sweet and it doesn't bother me at all from inside the car cos it's not overly loud (thanks to the twinloop).
  15. that's not what vicroads say though :S section in red is that of what I am referring to. ref: http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/Home/Licences/GetYourPs/RestrictionsOnPs/Pplatedriversandprobationaryprohibitedvehicles.htm Definition of probationary prohibited vehicle (from 1 July 2007) A vehicle that: has an engine with eight cylinders or more, orhas an engine that is turbocharged or supercharged (except those listed in the probationary vehicle database). There are also some lower powered turbocharged or supercharged vehicles which have been exempted and can be operated by a probationary driver who has been given an exemption by VicRoads. Refer to lower performance turbocharged or supercharged vehicles and the probationary vehicle database for more information.has an engine that has been modified to increase the vehicle's performance (other than a modification made by the manufacturer in the course of the manufacture of the vehicle, or a nominated high performance six cylinder engine (refer to the probationary vehicle database).
  16. yeah, in melb, only 1 air intake is legal, either cai or fmic, since you only have your cai, you'll be fine, ;] (Y) Haha still waiting for the CAI! (actually kinda worried now since I haven't gotten it yet and USPS tracking site has been on "Processed Through Sort Facility, June 28, 2011, 6:43 pm, ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)" for ages!) Hopefully I won't get checked though - if they see my CAI, I may be done... seeing as I'm still on my green P's :(
  17. technically its 2:34, always keep my time 10 mins advanced, ahaha incase i get late for work, but chyeaa, never noticed that time ;] comes in handy xDD lol, maybe you always drive at night, and your car just camoflauges xD lol maybe I should do a bright pink paintjob then :X I drive around at all times of day/night, but I guess I don't drive around the areas where people get spotted most (I'm a city boy mainly).
  18. omg those are some sexy shots! I'm drooling at the carbon fibre goodies and damn, that is LOW! the rear tail lights are diff (in johnnie's pics) compared to the one jeffy took. I'm assuming that the one's johnnie posted were prior to the facelift goodies? either way, damn.. that's one hot zre! on a side note.. can't believe no one's spotted me yet :( LOL.maybe i'm a little too stealth...
  19. The EXACT same ZRE I saw when I was coming home from Highpoint S.C. the other week! Total smexy.
  20. nice use of the 'acsent' badge buddy. if only you could replace it with your own customiseed a.rice badge ;) p.s. diggin' the TRD license plate holder too.
  21. very nice kit on that 'rolla :D
  22. some difference, not big, the same goes for header, some difference, With the CAI, you can hear little turbo spooling sound.. Now my exhaust can even hear some "turbo pop" when changing gear I am going to replace my catalytic convertor with the high flow ones and see what happens.. Out of topic here, Last night I was in Wollomooloo and there is a road block hunting for modified cars.. Cars with big wheels mostly end up there. There is a RTA insepctor dressed up with suit (formal wear) inspecting cars, WTF, so professional.. Lucky, they are not even interested in my car, but once I change my rims, another story Yep not a huge difference with the hi-flow cat in addition to my twinloop rear, but noticeable nonetheless and I'm happy with it. Btw with the weaponR headers - are they considered "legal" on our roads? I had a look at the website that you gave me Ben where you ordered yours, and I read that they listed it as "For offroad use only". Edit: wow they actually hunt for modified cars now? shoot. I hope I don't get caught up in anything like that here in Melb.. might get busted for my CAI when I install it - seeing as I'm still on my green P's.
