USPS is more useless that Austpost, no wait they cant be... My bags now say cleared customs but the tracking number doesnt even show on austpost tracking...

@dutch: both usps and auspost can be both quite useless. (this is actually the first time i've had issues from usps side.. its usually auspost that gives me grief)

lol to each their own. I named my previous car (champagne coloured RAV4) Cristal. I named my current car, black ZRE Leila.. it's of an Arabic origin meaning "night beauty" or "dark beauty".

I guarantee you CAI will arrive mid late next week... If you scraped your front bumper already, better not get the TRD lip, you'll rip it off!! :D

:( Is it exxy to fix the front bumper scrapage? It's not major. But is noticeable when you kneel down and feel the underside of the front bumper.

oh and the reason it scraped was because I misjudged the curb when I was parking. So if I have the TRD front lip I'll be even ore cautious. Just got to figure out how to order one now..

I have. they said that it's most likely that the package never even left the states because the last scan indicates it was going to customs in the states but for some reason has not made it out??? I told the seller and he has filed an investigation to try and trace where it is.. at this rate, I'm never going to get my damn package. He said he won't send me another one until it's clear as to what is going on with this package (whether it's lost or is being held somewhere). ...

It's even cheaper tomorrow morning :)

Depending on finish required, you might have to hit it with a clear too. My painter normally does emblems for about 60 bucks. If you need any more help just shoot me a pm. :)

Hmmm I'm just kinda worried cos of Melbourne's unpredictable weather.. I may be driving one day then BAM, buckets down rain outta nowhere. But you reckon the plastic panels of the bumper and wheel guards should be sufficient enough to block out the rain and stuff? How about when you take it to the carwash? No likely chance that I could face a hydrolock?

OK so I just bought my Injen on eBay for $290AUD shipped. Decided to go for the black one instead. Hopefully it comes soon and I can find someone in Melbourne to install it.

It will come with great instructions, and its a good first DIY'er to try if you have some simple tools. Worth giving it a bash i recon.

Not quite sure what tools I'm going to need and will be a bit hard for me to install myself being parked in an apartment complex parking lot (lol dont want my front bumper getting hit by cars coming and going). Plus seeing all the guys here who have had CEL's from DIY installs it makes me less confident in doing it myself.
