  1. Hi all just some updates. Dynoed the Camry in April, with stock everything. Estimating it to be 85+ kW - Got surprised with the 90.1kw Result with 3 runs :] After finding out the stock output, i bought an intake for 10kW INSTAGAIN ! - not really just some cool induction sounds. Also got my hands on a facelift sportivo grille and plastidipped it black, also plastidipped a preface camry sportivo grille but masked the chrome outlines. Was totally used to the old black honeycombed grille, so it was hard to decide which grille to go, so i oped for the last one, it was hard to get used to but i left it; and its growin on me and i like it. Ordered a muffler + high flow cat, but wont be installing until whether i decide to get headers or not, otherwise the intake is enough for me found sounds, although car is still very quiet. And what the car looks like to date; still the same from last year Thanks for looking !
  2. For what its worth, you wont be able to get much power out of these mods for the price you pay. intake/headers/exhausts - are the basic 3 that people get, and you'll be lucky to see 90kw dont forget to check the ZRE FAQ in the corolla section for some guides, especially if you wanna play around with the intake, ZRE are notorious for having CELs Unless you go turbo, or have loads of cash to blow. I suggest getting a good set of coils, some bars/braces, good set of brakes/pads/tyres will make the car fun in terms of higher speed cornering.

    Harsh ride

could it be that the GTS model have different springs/suspension ? like a sport package ? and im guessing by gts - the s is a sport, dont really know much about 86 tbh
  4. Depends what you are into i guess, if you like driving, a rear sway bar is one of the best bang for your buck mod imo
  5. may have spotted this car in the morning around st albans/kealba do you have stock wheels on ?
  6. Bags. Airbags. also, i dont see why you would have a problem. Getting 245 will get rid off some of that stretch. Unless you're worried about rubbing ? Are your guards rolled ?
  7. should be about $1400aud, delivered the prices listed on the website are in NZD
  8. well yeah, i did make the mistake of ordering the wrong set, so i had to pay for shipping it back, it was only like $100 anyway, plus they shipped the correct coils back for free
  9. Jeff if you have issues with ya fortunes, is there a contact in melbourne to take em to or would you have to send em back to NZ? i thought i remembered the stockist being from NZ??? gotta send em back to NZ if there are any problems ive already actually sent a set back to NZ , due to error of ordering the wrong coils. Twas no problem at all and they sent the correct set a couple of days as soon as they received the coils ive sent.
  10. Better than bc. I really suggest you save up the couple of extra hundred bucks for fortune autos. much better quality compared to bc/dgr
