yeap, hair dryer will be fine, using a heat gun may melt the wrap, too powerful if you concentrate on an area aslo, use a squeegee wrapped in a mircofibre cloth ( so the wrap wont be scratched ) to assist flattening it down
yes, most double din head units will fit, you just gotta buy fascia brackets that are available for like $10, otherwise there will be a gap on the side and it really depends on your budget and what you want in a head unit (sat nav/aux/video/bluetooth/steering wheel control compatibility etc..) usually you can pick up a decent headunit between $150-$200 that can do the basic aux/usb input.
