LOOOL!!! +1 :P The turbo would go well on this motor, what kind of boost and comp would you run on it? The standard comp would be too high to get any decent power out of wouldnt it? Next car hey...? Im gonna predict some kind of drift machine... ;)

Brand: MRP/STD Equipped to(model): AE82 price: $950 landed, Installation price FREE! because DIY customer service: had a few installation issues which needed to be fixed. Sent the parts i needed right away installation: as above. things were fixed very quickly and i was able to sort it all out with minimal drama. Customer support is top notch! cornering/handling: Best handling car ive ever been in (no bias) ride/stiffness: make sure you empty your bladder before you go. With stiff sidewall tyres its pretty rough, but with daily soft tyres its quite comfortable. I think that theyre a bit soft for track use and that the shock valving isnt the best, but still very very good. Springs are 6F/4R kg pro's: comfy on daily tyres, turns corners faster than lightning, lots of height adjustment and camber adjustment range. cons: Needs more shock settings, for 6/4 setup it is very stiff other obvseration: theyre blue, and i still need to get a wheel alignment general lifespan: unknown I am thinking of upgrading them to a better brand that i have heard heaps of good things about, but i need to fix other stuff first :P

Ive got it on 20 now, and it feels really balanced. Its still slightly inclined to understeer but ill see how it goes after i raise it and get an alignment. Thanks Mick and youre exactly right! Yeah, this car has been the only unreliable car ive had so far, but its also the oldest. Plus being a daily puts extra wear on things aswell because of extra kilometers i put on it. I dont mind having too many problems, i like figuring them out and fixing them. Must say, regardless of the problems, this has been the best car ive had by far and wouldnt trade it for anything... In other news, i put the black wheels back on it and it goes ok. I will be raising it after the weekend. Itll be tight but im gonna try and get it ready for a track day in 2 weeks...

Let me know when you go ill come up aswell, im keen to get back up there again but im just having no luck with the car lol I want to try out a test n tune day so ill be going during mid semester break which i think is in late june early july? Keen to see all these improvements done on the car, and also what that box of goodies is :D

Well today has been hairy. Car ia running damn well aftera few close calls with a problem with the timing belt and very close to a fire caused by leaking fuel out of the injectors. But as i said before thr car is running damn well just how a 4age should!! :D

Yeah its arrive'n'drive. Ill double check in the next few days to be sure :)

Unfortunately they dont let passengers in on these days :( so it will have to wait for another time... september for sure! ;) Dude you gotta bring it to the track one day, youll love the near death experience at every braking point... well i do :P

Fitted the head back on last night with the TRD gasket, torqued it and put the timing belt on after much frustration. Tonight ill put the cam covers on, the dizzy in with a new o-ring (no more leaks :D ) and connect all the electrics to get it all running again. Then skidz? :D

I did and then you left straight away at kebabs the other week. Didnt introduce myself properly and i didnt want to hold you up from leaving. I got recommended by Jo to go to that place for an alignment, are they any good? how many times a year does this go for alignment? lol every second time i look at your thread its there :P
