Like Jason said, it has slightly larger ID holes for the swaybar endlinks. I guess they had too many people sending them back to get them resized and it finally twigged to them what the problem was...

The standard cat on the sportivo is extremely efficient, there is minimal gains to be had there. People have tried and it's not worth the money spent. The headers though. There have been very good gains made by people machining the ports to better match the outlets from the head and generally improving the flow of the standard headers. They are a good design so little needs ot be changed in that respect but the flow can certainly be improved which is where the gains can be made.

no he has the C64 gearbox installed as well. I think he originally has the C56 from the MRS in there (because of the LSD) but changed it over because the gearing was crap.

To be honest Brennden didn't need to make his comment either. This topic if for discussions of ralyrt's 2ZZ powered MR-S Bill quite clearly and correctly pointed out the fact that this power figure has no relevance to that of a corolla... and it follows that is has a completely different path, is no where near as long and has different areas for restriction, such as the classic MR2 horse-shoe bend. And to be honest, you should be able to get ~120 kW from just the PowerFC alone. I made 115 kw with the stock tune, as did Azza... that's not that far away from 120... I agree with 351 that perhaps brennden was out of line on this occasion. I simple reference to a thread would have been enough. But hey... what do I know, I'm not a mod... nor do I want to be...
