    my car was parked on the street down the road :P so no, it wasn't enterred. For Al's show my paint work is just not up to it... stone chips FTL :( Toyotafest is different, it's all about the mods and not so much the look of the overall car.

    I'm still dubious about this as they don't show a vs stock dyno, only vs DC Sports which is infamous for being a kW loser. I'm also lead to believe that the 4-2-1 headers are worse for mid range drivability.

    but when your discs have come to the end of their life and require replacing anyway, why not get slotted ones. I agree with you there is no real gain for everyday driving, but if the car sees track time, that's a different issue. Pad wear is also a non issue in this event also. You also forgot the fact that brake fluid also makes a HUGE difference in the braking performance and feel as well.

    nothing, the pie shop is still there. They have changed owners though and I've heard the pies aren't as good. The old owners have a new shop in the town itself now I think.
