Haha nah buddy unfortauntely its not a VE. Its a 1995 Black Japspec SSS N14 It's the rarest of them all. Rare being that it is JAP and black at the same time, and sunroof and ABS too.. Not many in Sydney, I wud have to say 30 at the most. At the moment, Yes Sinan is right, it is pretty much F****D up... ive got 1 mount holding the engine, selector fork damaged inside the gearbox, gear linkage is damaged, selector shaft boot is leaking, rattling CV's, no pads left on brakes, damaged suspension components, smashed front bar, rusted bonnet, peeling tints.... and I think im experiencing a current air flow meter issue as my motor seems to be coughing alot. Although im sending the car through a MASS RECOVERY SESSION. Im getting litteraly everything fixed, so if i do pop by the meet, it will catch some eyes heheeh.... BTW, going in the VE direction is certainly expensive.... Not sure if its worth it though. If you want to see a VE in action, there will be one at Compak Attack next week at WSID.

well first gear was ok... second gear it took a while to reach the redline... third gear it took forever to reach redline..... 4th gear.... i never reached redline coz it wudnt rev past 4k lol....

I use to own a celica with the 5S-FE motor.... Absolute piece of crap. Only thing it was good for was burning rubber and thats pretty much it. Took 10 years to reach redline and kept on needing oil changes... Most likely because of the way I was driving it. Anywho I have a friend who is putting a 3S-GE into a ST182 Celica and that should be interesting once its finished....

Read SuperDave's post - above. They got the ar5e because they are boring - too analytical, not all that useful to the average joe. Notice on 5th gear, that Uber Tiff, Hot Vicki, and Jason Plato are (or were) all professional drivers. The only one that isn't is that big hairy dude. As a result, all you see is them comparing each others driving - or giving you lessons as they drive... Top Gear is simply more light hearted... Ok mate. He used to work on Top Gear, but got sacked, because as you might have noticed if you watched Fifth Gear, he is a little boring compared to the three stooges on Top Gear. Vicki Butler-Henderson also used to work on Top Gear, but was also sacked for the same reason. They are both pretty good drivers. Yeah i know he use to be on TopGear but I never knew why he isn't anymore and why he is on Fifth Gear which is kind of boring. And yeah the other girl is pretty hot too haha and she also drives suprisingly well for a woman. Why did they get sacked?
