    i loved it when i owned a gen5 prelude in straight line and in an S turn, priceless to see the guy's face when i passed him on both accounts

    i have a 2005 stivo, and i get squeeks from the clutch, toyota's fix was to oil it the first time back when it had done 1000kms, at almost 20,000 the squeeks are present again >.< also the rattling noise, one of the techs claimed it was the engine "slowing down" i reckon theres something not quite right with both my clutch and gearbox but toyota seem to just keep covering it up with excuses so i guess i have to wait until something breaks to get it fixed under warranty

    sorry i have little idea with these things and don't want to break anything >.< what would i use to bend the bracket and how much? i tried by hand but that doesn't seem to work

    what did you do about the aluminium pipe that the brace sits on top of? just bend it down?

    hmm is there any way to install the whiteline front strut bar without bending that pipe that it sits on top of? i just got mine but don't want to bend the pipe in fear of snapping it

    my TRD elbow split, motoman was there to help me take out the intake

    i remember going up against an 05 roadster (the new look ones?) at a set of lights, weren't racing or anything but my lane was going to end and he gunned, so did i... bye!

    yeh i get the whistling/pinging noise, i had the dash one too but they said they just tightened everything and it was gone, still happens on the rare occasion though

    i get something similar from about 5k rpm to redline, called toyota and the guy said the engine pings sometimes under load, i've booked myself in for a test drive so they can have a look at it

    i can't say i know too much about this but doesn't CAI = more air = more fuel needed?

    i miss my TRD CAI :( had to take it out due to the rubber elbow splitting, waiting for the replecement one from bruce, i must say though i prefer the non-CAI lift sound over CAI lift sound

    i was running high 15s low 16s at drag day not long ago, wasn't pushing the car to its potential, could have probably done mid 15s if i tried harder
